It was unknown to the compound that Zack was severely depressed and had developed a drinking problem. It only came to light when Osha dialed a 911 call in order to help his fallen father. It was quite a shock to Ivan, seeing as Zack was someone he could see himself associating with. He wouldn't want to see someone who he liked as a person hurt. No one should hurt. Sure, there were times when Ivan drunk himself into a stupor, but he was out of that phase in his life. He had to. He just hoped he could get Zack out of it as well. If he needed help, Ivan would be there for him...if he let him.
It was with this conviction that drove Ivan to visit Zack and Osha today. Of course hearing that Ivan was going to be visiting Osha, it brought Elisa along with him. Elisa really liked Osha. He was pretty and colorful, and he also saved her from the log. Thus, she liked him.
It was a plus regardless. The kids would be out of the way, and Ivan could talk to Zack. It would be awkward with Osha hanging around. Elisa could keep the kid busy or something.
Coming to the apartment, Ivan frowned slightly but ultimately knocked on the door.

Someone knocked on the door. Zack said nothing. Osha said nothing. Zack hardly stirred, staring at the wall as he considered the half-empty bottle in his hand. After the 911 call, he hadn't been drinking quite as heavily. The trip to hospital had put the fear of God into the young man. But not entirely enough to stop all together.
"Osha..." he said finally, blinking and rocking his head back a little. Oh. His head really hurt. And it wasn't just the alcohol.
Osha nodded and set his pencil down. He closed the sketch pad and pushed his chair away from the kitchen table, sliding down and pushing the chair back in before finally padding over to the door, kitchen floor cold on bare feet. He undid the lock and opened the door to peek out. Oh! It was Elisa! Osha stepped back and opened the door all the way, making room for Elisa and her Ivan to come inside.

Elisa clapped her hands excitedly with the sight of Osha. It had been quite some time since she had last seen her Colorful Pretty, and he had gotten a lot bigger. She herself had grown lot during their time apart, but she was still the Elisa she was then. She was just...bigger, to say the least. She was still in the same mindset as she was at their first meeting.
"Osha!" the girl exclaimed as she reached for the boy in greeting, so she could kiss him on the cheeks. She had recently picked that up since it seemed very polite and lady-like to do.
Ivan quirked a brow and eased his way into the apartment. He carefully eyed Zack before he said anything. The first thing he noticed was the half empty bottle in his hand. Frowning slightly, the man settled himself in front of the other man.
"Oy! Didn' save any fer me then?" Ivan started jokingly in order to lighten any mood that may settle. It wasn't a pretty sight to see Zack just sitting there like that. It was...painful, and very familiar.

Osha was nothing short of bewildered when Elisa reached for him, every intention of giving him a few friendly pecks. In fact, he stood like a deer in the headlights, blinking owlishly a few times before he softened. It was just Elisa. She did strange things sometimes, but it was okay. He nodded, pulling himself away slowly once she had finished her greeting so he could shut the door and lock it. Her Ivan had already disappeared, so Osha started towards his seat at the kitchen table and motioned for Elisa to follow. Perhaps she'd like to color, too?
Meanwhile, Zack was a little confused by his visitor. He didn't actually expect anyone to come in when Osha opened the door. He might be small, but the little redhead had proven to be rather protective. Maybe it was Devi...
He shrugged and his black hair rustled a little as Zack struggled to sit up. It took a moment or too, headache impeding balance. "Uh, yeah," he mumbled, giving the bottle a swirl. Yeah, there was still some in there. He held the bottle out of Ivan. If he was lucky, Ivan might actually take it away from him. But he could keep himself from asking. "Why're you here?"
