The sky has darkened over a laboritory that over looks a mountain pass. Outside the snow is begining to drive but inside there is a crash. Hundreds of test animals; mostly rabbits, monkeys and rats howl and bark at a scientist as he enters the room. He begins to test a new strain of virus and how it affects the animals he injects it into...He notes the time as the animal dies quickly within seconds. It is new years day. As he finishes jotting what he observed he turns away unaware that the once dead animal begins to breath again. He turns out the light...
...hours later the scientist is dead. And all animals have been infected. They angrily gnaw at the scientist's flesh and so the mutations begin.

History:Having grown up under a tactical genious for a father, Marie Evens had learned at a young age that the smallest detail was crutial to completeing any task. As a child she was taught by military personel and educated under several teachers. Thus her intelligence was raised to be above reproach. She went on into the accademy and earned rank through the science field and training to become an official in the military of science and microbiology. As day broke in the west Dr. marie had no sleep during the new year. Even though the world was celebrating she had received a prompt to report for duty. She hurried to put on her lab coat and grab her ID badge to enter the base. She left her house in Washigton and sped off to the air port to meet with a local man she had known for only a short time. His name was Private Sareth Warick. She drove with a steady calm hand never raising an eyebrow to the traffic that would cut her off. They were only civilians and didnt know what was really important. As she arrived at the air stip she noticed the demeanor of the Private and General Marques Wesker. They seemed to both be shegrinned.
"Good morning gentlemen. What is the status?"

Sareth was fiddling with with his equiment getting it ready.Turning his head to see the docter he stood up straight and saluted her.Then returning to what he was doing, he spoke gently"we are waiting for the others to get her"Sareth said with out looking up to her."They haven't made it here yet traffics bad today" He said in a low tone then standing straight he faced her."Do you know what hqs happened in the facilaty?Ive only been told very little of what happen.Ive been hopeinig you would be able to fill me in more on what has happened"Sareth said looking around and kept looking at hte door to see if anybody else has entered.
