About the RP:This RP is an action-story sequenced Roleplay. This means that the story will be narrarated. How it works is that the players (you) will be actual roles in a story. Instead of pushing the story by dialog or responding to other player's responses, I will take the role of the world itself by responding to the nature of the RP -- Nature being the state of the story depending on your actions. So if I tell you that you get knocked down, you are knocked down -- if I say you can't speak, you can't speak. However, that does not mean that the player isn't allowed to create his own story elements. Since I won't be able to be here 24/7. This RP will be centred around your characters. You may see that the whole story is generally vague, which was done on purpose. Although, I have a general idea about the story in it's entirety, I leave the majority of the detail for the players to fill in themselves. That way the story elements can relate to the characters since they can create content that makes the characters feel attached to the actual story. Even though it's just details like planets, alien races, technology etc. Rules:Don't be an asshat. Comedy is a plus, pirates are funny. Profanity, romance and violence are allowed. But keep it PG-13. No killing players unless permission is granted. Follow Gaia's Terms of Service. Use [ ] (Square brackets) for Out of Character Chat. Please PM me your profiles with the title: Strawberries. Please be as literate as possible. Beginners are welcome. No pictures in your description, I want players to describe their characters in words. Rules may change over time, since you know, I can do that. Posting Format:Due to the nature of the Roleplay, we'll be using a Play format for the player's responses. This will allow the users to roleplay a plethora of characters, and will also make the RP unique in it's own way. Basically, all posts will be done with narration tags for the character's speech. Quote: Steve: "I can't believe he turned me OFF!!" Actions will be separate from speech and should be done with italics. Quote: Steve's monitor blinked on and off while he was restarting. Finally, he shouted...Steve: "I can't believe he turned me off!"

Story so far (Will Update Daily): The galaxy is filled with riches, but there is one unique treasure that is above all else. The treasure has been called many names in the past that everyone simply forgot it's name, for our sake, we'll call it God's Fruit. However, it is the most sought after treasure in the entire universe? -- Why? Because it is rumoured that it has the ability to grant the owner one wish, any wish.
You are members of the S.S. Odyssey -- an advanced space cruiser that is able to travel across the entire galaxy in a matter of hours. As a member of the Odyssey, you have all gathered together to find that treasure -- 'cause you're all pirates, being rich is everything.
Will they ever manage to find the treasure? Well, maybe if people join.

Characters: --------- The galaxy is a big place, but they call me: First and Last Name I am a: Human, Alien, Frog, Clown, I don't care, make it up, name your own race if you want to. I'm from planet: Make a planet up, I may end up visiting it in the story Up till now, I have been a short description of your character's past.
I'm unique in a few ways, but if you describe me: Describe your characters look, if you're male or female, including what kind of weapons you use, such as Guns, Swords, anything Sci-Fi as well
I'm being played by: Gaia Username ---------
--------- The galaxy is a big place, but they call me: The NarratorI am a: Bodiless entity. I'm from planet: Telltale.Up till now, I have been the figure that speaks to the audience in movies, plays or even spoken novels. I'm unique in a few ways, but if you describe me: I'm invisible, I have a loud booming voice, and I play backgammon with Steve on Friday nights. Although he always wins somehow. My weapon of choice is obviously the microphone.I'm being played by: Anidzuki--------- --------- The galaxy is a big place, but they call me: ARX-1001, a.k.a. SteveI am a: Artificial Intelligence Unit. I'm from planet: Sector 7: Resource MoonUp till now, I have been installed in the space warship named S.S. Odyssey. As the artificial intelligence unit of the warship, I have been in many wars throughout the past. Since my creation, I have been in possession by many parties, military or personal, till I was stolen by a space pirate. Since then, I have been guiding these pirates on their journey to find God's Fruit.I'm unique in a few ways, but if you describe me: I'm literally a box, you know, those square ones that have six sides. Oh there are a few buttons on me as well, and a screen, but I don't have eyes of my own, so I can't tell you what I really look like. My favourite weapon of choice is the S.S. Odyssey's Hull Cannon, that's right -- I get to blow things up.I'm being played by: Anidzuki--------- --------- The galaxy is a big place, but they call me: Ryn'hina QuaqdimI am a: Rhonian.I'm from planet: RhoneUp till now, I have been One tough chick. Seriously, don't mess with me, or I'll have to beat you to a pulp, and well, Steve might not like that. I like Steve, he's quite a nice chap...for a box. I was raised on Planet Rhone, well, not so much raised as fought my way up. When I was six, both of my parents were wiped out in the Plagues of E.K. 6754. I became a beggar then, eventually, panhandling enough for a decent lifestyle, then getting my first real job as a hand on a spaceship. After that, I learned anything anyone would teach me, and I was especially interested in weaponry. At the moment, I'm the Weapons Officer on the Odeyssy.I'm unique in a few ways, but if you describe me: Rhones are centauroids. That is, we are roughly humanoid to the waist, and past the waits, where the legs of the human would be, we have four legs. Our centauroid half is the classic equid design, but our humanoid half features skin as tough as horsehide, and covered with fine fur, and hands with two fingers and an opposable thumb, each with thick, hooflike, fingernails. Faces are slightly elongated, with very vauge snouts, and pointed ears. Otherwise, the humanoid portion is indistinguishable from standard human. My coat color is palomino, that is, the fur on my torso and limbs is of a light tan color, while my tail and the hair on my head are white. Normally, I wear a vest over my humanoid torso, and I carry a Ghasath Pulse Blaster Rifle at all times, in addition to the various blades and other nasties I carry concealed on my person.I'm being played by: Smorgasmorgan--------- --------- The galaxy is a big place, but they call me: CrylicI am a: Reven Wolf. I'm from planet: RevenigmaUp till now, I have been a soldier in the Reven army. Initially, I had been drafted into the army when the Humans and the Reven Collective had first encountered under a state of emergency. After the peace treaty between the Humans and the Reven Collective, I enlisted into the discovery committee that was formed. That is when I met the Captain of the Odyssey, odd fellow, nonetheless we stole the S.S. Odyssey that day and I had become a Space Pirate.I'm unique in a few ways, but if you describe me: I look like a wolf, but I stand like a Human. In actuality, the Reven wolf was a four legged species until the encounter with the Humans. Standing was simply much more efficient. Anyway, instead of fur we have scales and are able to breathe underwater. I normally wear Maverick Corp. Plate Armour during my excursions into finding pirate treasure. Although, I conceal my armour with a tunic and cape. I carry two Revenigma handmade Blades, which are attached to my armour, and a small gun. I usually don't prefer energy weapons since they can run out of energy.I'm being played by: Anidzuki--------- --------- The galaxy is a big place, but they call me: Leon MathesonI am a: Human. I'm from planet: Mars (but born on Earth)Up till now, I have been travelling alone in space. When I was five years old, my parents shipped me off to Mars to work in the spaceport. That is where I learned to be a mechanic. When I was seventeen, I found myself enlisted as a military support mechanic on the Warship called the Starhawk. On random chance, I accidentally fell asleep repairing an escape pod and was launched into space. When I woke up, I that I had crashed onto the planet Teran, and was taken to a nearby encampment. There I worked in the mines until it was attacked by pirates; I don't know what happened but that day, I was saved by the crew members of a rival pirate crew named the Odyssey. Since then I had offered myself to be a crew member of the Odyssey.I'm unique in a few ways, but if you describe me: I'm like what all humans look like, frail, skinny and pink. Well, that's what Aliens call me. I have brown hair, brown eyes, and no facial hair. I don't have any special gear on me, only the clothes I was wearing in the mines at the time. Luckily, I still have my mechanic equipment and a trusty dagger I've kept with me since I obtained it in the military. Other than that, there's nothing special about me.I'm being played by: Anidzuki--------- --------- The galaxy is a big place, but they call me: Malkor Feon IIII am a: Tyapon.I'm from planet: Po'an QuaartUp till now, I have been a mechanic of starships on my homeplanet. I started repairing speedsters when I was very young, and as time went by a came to work with some of the biggest ships on my planet. A while ago I spent my free time building a mechanic's glove, but the project quickly got tiresome and I began building my fighting glove. It is now complete and almost fully functional. It conceals a nice-looking sword that can be withdrawn by the push of a button. the glove also sports a blaster, though this still has some major flaws, with energy leakage and such. When I was 20 (Earth years for your convenience) a gruesome dictator came to power on Po'an Quaart, and due to changes in the planet's import and export our economy dropped harshly, and as a result many were left unemployed. Some, like me, were even evicted. I sought to the space docks were most of the people I know and like used to hang out. But as the times were, apparently almost none of them felt the need to be with their former colleagues. In addition to this, most ships had abandoned the planet in hope to get away from the dictator that had taken control. One ship remained though. A beautiful one. The S. S. Odyssey. I had been approached and asked to join the crew, for they were in need of an extra mechanic. As there was nothing for me on the planet, I took the offer.I'm unique in a few ways, but if you describe me: The Tyapi [plural] are quite tall and thin beings with four fingers on each hand. Our faces have similarities to the ones of the human race, in that we have the same facial organs. Nevertheless, we have no external ear flaps and our noses are but a slight bump. Our eyes are bigger but with the same sized iris. Our skin color ranging from light blue to matte green. I am a male and matte green of the species with yellow eyes. I'm well built, but very short for my species, only about a third of a meter taller than the average human. I have a tattoo on my right arm with crossed spanner and hammer and a bolt in the middle, and my skills with a sword are fairly well developed because of my training with the fighting glove.I'm being played by: Anidzuki--------- --------- The galaxy is a big place, but they call me: Cera "Wind" Ithalin I am a: Human. I'm from planet: Sudian IV Up till now, I have been in Sudian IV. Sudian IV is like a trading capital. It's entirely a merchant city. Built around merchants and sprawling houses, there are almost no spots left on the planet that haven't had buildings or warehouses built on them. He grew up in one of the richer cities. His parents paid for his piloting training but he eventually signed on with his father to fly cargo - it was easier than having to get a job with another company. he spent a few years like that, just flying cargo. The sudden death of his father meant that he could no longer be employed with his father. He would have to find other work. Mother had long since died and he turned to one of their close family friends. He soon died and by that time, Cera had garnered the nickname Wind for his spectacular flying ability. It was an art to him. Wind didn't have much to do really, by this time he had saved up a small fortune and used it to live - still does. It's been a year since then and he's still looking for work. I'm unique in a few ways, but if you describe me: Tall and Lanky. That about sums it up. He's got a round face and soft features. His green eyes are set back into his head and his hair is dark black, blending in easily with the background of stars in space. His clothes are normal fair. A simple shirt and pants with a brown flight jacket filled with pockets. The pockets are filled with various things, mostly tools and communication devices. No weapons however. He actually uses his fists to fight, one of the last of his kind pretty much. I'm being played by: ccubed --------- --------- The galaxy is a big place, but they call me: Feara I am a: Tangean. I'm from planet: Tangea Up till now, I have been Feara was created as an evil clone of Mira-she is now uncaring of both Mira and her old mission, She was accidentally created at age five-she is now Mira's age of twenty-one. She traveled with her team making trouble for a bit, dating both members of her team Zzub and X-treme, though not at the same time. She is to stubborn for stabilization chambers and so will sometimes blackout, melt, or forget vital information. She will kill anyone that asks her about Zzub but travels with X-treme. She doesn't seam to remember Blister and her main goal is to get to Tangea to impersonate the Princess I'm unique in a few ways, but if you describe me: She has light blue skin and back length orange hair that is usually in two low pigtails. She is most often seen in her stealth outfit-a black bodysuit with bellbottom styled sleeves and pants, a slight 'V' neck and red outlining with an 'F' on her chest. She can ghost threw and into anything and nas mind picking abilities like any Tangean-however do to the fact this takes a lot of time she may also call on X-treme to give her a weapon I'm being played by: Serrenedy --------- --------- The galaxy is a big place, but they call me: X-treme I am a: robot. I'm from planet: Tangea Up till now, I have been X-treme was created by the evil clones of Mira, Buzz and Boster-he is now uncaring of both X-R and his old mission, he was created at age five to be the same age as his team-he can't age but has gotten plenty upgrades. He traveled with his team making trouble for a bit, dating a member of his team Feara-he is still in love with her. He doesn't need to stabilize (being built) but will take Feara's safety into his own hands and trick her into a stabilization chamber. Not as much as she needs to be in one and so she will sometimes blackout, melt, or forget vital information. He is in almost constant contact with Blister and his main goal is to get Feara to like him I'm unique in a few ways, but if you describe me: He looks like a human until you get close enough to realize that his hair is painted on, that his green eyes are actually cleverly designed computer chips, that his pupils have numbers running through them at the speed of light, that their are bolts running down his 'skin' and 'clothing' He has several easy open chambers and carries assortments of candy, jewelery, money, clothes, weapons, cords, swim wear, and junk I'm being played by: Serrenedy---------

[Since I guess this RP started at a bad time, and I don't think I've put a lot of appeal into it, I guess I will start the RP. And introduce some characters as we go along]
*Beep beep beep* The sound of a familiar signal echoed throughout the hallways of the S.S. Odyssey. It was the Captain's mission bell which most of the crew members rushed to the bridge. Other just watched and lay there lazily, in the apprehensive atmosphere that was the pirate ship named Odyssey. It was probably due to the fearful nature of the other crew members that had made one another sway away from missions. Being a pirate was competitive, the strongest and bravest members had more missions, while the weak and fearful members stayed on the ship and acted as support personal.
Crewmembers: "Sigh..."
A collective sigh which hope had slowly seeped away with the soundwaves that followed slowly behind the more prominent members of the Odyssey. While the support staff had stable but low paying jobs (which usually ended up as left over treasure unclaimed), the other members took part in actual missions and had first pick on whatever treasure they found (or stolen). However, there was one boy, roughly at the end of his teens that voiced his discontent...
Leon: "Why are you all sighing? You know we're all allowed to go to the mission briefing." Crewmember: "Yeah, but we won't get any good missions. Most of us don't have any combat experience, so if we go out there on our own (which usually happens a lot), we'll be coming back in bodybags."
Leon pulled a knife out of his pocket, and swung it around a bit. He obviously wanted to go on a mission. However, he was all talk, he did not have the confidence... not normally anyway. Kicking the side of engine hallway, he foot was reflected by the inner shielding. Steve, the ship's AI, had requested that it had been installed on the ship since so many fights have broken out on the Odyssey. You know... pirate talk.
Leon: "Oww... That stings." Crylic: "Move out of the way."
A deep voice startled Leon who turned around and stared at the source. It was Crylic, the ships best pirate -- he was the only one on the ship that had enough money to buy his own vessel. However, when you got accepted into the crew of the Odyssey, you'd never want to leave since it was the fastest warship in the galaxy, no, maybe the universe. Crylic had this subtle angry look which seemed to look at Leon, but it felt like he was looking past him like he was some obstacle in the hallway. Oh right, he was an obstacle in the hallway. Crylic's thick scaled arms batted Leon into another wall, which had also given him a shock due to the inner shielding.
Crylic was what the Humans called a Reven Wolf, a humanoid wolf that had scales instead of fur. Revenigma, which was a planet in the same galaxy as Earth, was the first populated planet with intelligent life that the Humans made contact with in the year 3030. After a few small wars, they became allies after finding an artifact that had expanded knowledge of the universe. Due to the information on the artifact and the difficulty of expanding space territory, both races joined together to further expand their grasp in the universe.
Leon: "O-Oww... what's the big idea?!" Crylic: "I said, Move out of the way." Leon: "Just because you're bigger than me, doesn't mean you don't have to be polite!" Crylic: "Oh? and who might you be? A mechanic?" Leon: "No, I'm going to be the greatest pirate on this ship!"
Actually, Leon was a mechanic...
Crylic: "Oh really, well then, how about you join me." Leon: "Wait, wha--!"
Picking up Leon by the back of head, Crylic headed towards the front of the ship where the mission briefing had began...

The bridge of the ship was somewhat populated by dangerous looking pirates. The Odyssey was what we called a multicultural Pirate crew -- since the Odyssey's captain would accept anyone as long as they had a glint of usefulness in their eyes. The Odyssey itself had over 2000 pirates currently living inside the Warship, and has room for about 4000 - 5000 more members. Incidentally, only 100 - 150 crew members show up to the mission briefings because in the pirate business, it was all competitive. So everyone who didn't have a spine (not literally, space octopus were still allowed to take missions), did not show up in fear for their lives. Instead, the large sum would come afterwards when the good missions were gone and the ones that required annoying or extremely dangerous were still available...
Leon: "Wow... So this is the bridge..." Crylic: "Is this your first time here?" Leon: (Embarrassed) "Uh..uhmm.. yeah." Crylic: "Tch, coward."
The crowd looked back at Crylic with fearful and hopeful eyes. Fearful, because he was the ship's Ace. Hopeful, because the Captain never allowed one-manned missions, so everyone hoped they would be on the same team as Crylic -- since he would get the missions done fast, and he wasn't greedy when taking the spoils of war.
The bridge of the Odyssey was designed as a meeting room as well. In the center, an overlay where mission data and topography maps displayed. Along the back wall was there auxiliary systems and their respective readouts. However, only Steve and Leon would understand the data that was displayed on those machines. In columns near the front, the pilot crew sat and managed the Odyssey's navigation systems. Directly in the front was a display screen where Steve would communicate to the crew. There was no direct view out to space from the front of the Odyssey, since the ship was designed as a Warship, they assumed that having viewing windows as a hazard for the operational crew. Instead, the Navigational systems used many different sensors to determine how to pilot the ship.
Leon: "Where's the ship captain? I've never seen him before!" Crylic: (After watching everyone stare at Leon) "Don't you know? No one has seen the Captain before, well, except for me." Leon: "Really?! I thought I never got the chance to see him since I was one of the lowly crew in the back! -- That makes me feel better about myself." Quiet whispers start to fill the room. Pirate #1: "Who's that guy? I've never seen him before." Pirate #2: "Who cares, he's weak looking." Pirate #1: "But he's talking to Crylic." Pirate #2: "Probably a suck-up, or maybe a support member, he doesn't look like a Treasure Hunter... or even a pirate."
Leon: "So you've seen the Captain in person? What's he like? What does he look like (is he scary looking too)?" Crylic: "I was with him when he stole the Odyssey. He's... quite odd.. As for looks, let's not discuss that, let's just say he's not scary looking... not at all." Leon: "Aww... now you're making me curious! Tell me! Te--"
A quick strike to the side of the head was a good enough answer from Crylic. The room's lights darkened a bit and Steve's monitor started to turn on...

There was the sharp sound of hooves on the hard flooring of the ship. After all, a ship like this was built for effeciency, not comfort. Pirates parted to let Ryn through.
Ryn'hina: "Stand aside, boys. I'm coming through"
Almost no one dare argue with her, since she could and would find a way to make your life very painful if you didn't listen. She didn't stop pushing people aside until she caught up with Crylic. She would have talked to him a bit, maybe asked him who the kid was, but just then the lights dimmed. Okay, it was time for business.

Leon looked around the room alongside Crylic near the back of the bridge. Steve's monitor had just turned on and his annoying voice echoed like an old-fashioned talkbox.
Steve: "HeeeeellooooO! Good morning! Or is it night? My clock is blinking twelve!"
You could hear a subtle 'ugh' from Steve's lame joke..
Crylic: "Just get to the point Steve." Steve: "Aww... I thought of that one just for you..." Leon: (Surprised) "That's Steve?" Crylic: (Whispering) "Yeah, unfortunately, it's the only way to get in contact with the Captain... through him."
Steve: "Hey, don't be talkin' about me behind my back, yo! Who's the kid?" Crylic: "He's my partner for the next mission."
And collectively...
Crew + Leon + Steve: "EH!?"
Silence...
Crylic: "...Just continue Steve." Steve: "Okay. New mission orders from the boss! We have another clue about God's Fruit! This time it's on planet Teran." Leon: "Teran?!" Crylic: "You know the place?"
Leon had joined the Odyssey when he was on Teran...
Leon: "I lived there for a while." Crylic: "Great, you'll be useful then. A living map, saves me some trouble." Steve: (Annoyed from being ignored) "Anyway, we'll be splitting up into teams. There were some new ruins found deep within the planet, and rumours say there are cave markings like the ones that were on the first Artifact."
Steve was referring to the first artifact that Humankind and the Reven Collective had found. That one artifact was a tablet of information, over the past thousand years, it had been transcribed (although much of it is still unknown) and brought to many different planets. Some even go as far as believing that the creators of the tablets were Gods, hence the treasure's name God's Fruit, which was documented on the tablet. Just by sharing the information on the tablet, every race that had come in contact with the tablet had become well over ten thousand years further into technological advancements. Also, by sharing the information, it was a simpler way to avoid wars.
Crylic: "Steve, give us some information about the planet." Steve: "Planet Teran is a small human colony developed in C.C.E. 10 (Human Era Scale: Current Cosmic Era, which refers to how many years after the Humans explored past their own Galaxy). They had transformed this once useless resource moon into a thriving planet. This was the first planet to test some of the technology found from the tablet. While only one percent of the planet is actually developed, it has been noted that there was indeed intelligent life on the planet previously. Researchers estimate that the ruins found on Teran are approximately sixty-five billion years old. Which pre-date the tablet found prior to space expansion." Crylic: "Any signs of other Pirates?" Steve: "So far none." Crylic: "Great... I pick this kid, and..."
Looking around the room like he was randomly counting..."
Crylic: "Her. The... Rhonian. We'll head down on Teran daybreak." Crew: "Aw..." Steve: "Are you sure you want the kid? Can he fight?" Crylic: "He says he'll be the best pirate on this ship someday. He better know how to fight." Leon: *Gulp*
Laughter in the background, although muffled.. Steve: "Alright then! Everyone else pick your teams!" Crylic: "Go prepare your things..." Leon: "Leon." Crylic: "Oh that's not important. I was wondering if you had weapons." Leon: "N...Not important?!" Crylic: "Do you have any weapons?" Leon: "Uh... I have this dagger." Crylic: (Holding it up to the light) "Junk. Go find a better weapon."
With that, Crylic left the room -- Glancing over to Ryn'hina for a second. Since she was one of the more seasoned Pirates, he didn't need to check on her.
Leon: "He says it like that... but I don't have any money to buy weapons..."

Ryn groaned along with the rest at Steve's lame joke. Normally, she enjoyed Steve's humor, but she was impatient to know of the mission. She was a little surprised to hear that the shrimpy little kid standing next to Crylic was his next partner. Whas he joking? Still, oce steve began his description of the job, Ryn put eveything else out of her mind. You didn't get to be an experienced pirate by keeping up with the gossip. Well, it wasn't like she had to work with the kid.
Crylic: "Great... I pick this kid and... Her. The... Rhonian."
Then again, maybe she would help this kid out. As the meeting broke up, Ryn saw Crylic give the basic once over of the kid. But seriously, all he had was that dinky little dagger? Oh boy, was he in trouble.
Ryn'hina: "Oi, kid, come on! I can't have you jeopardizing my life because you haven't got more that that little toy. Follow me."
And, without a second glance to check if the kid was following her, she began to walk away. If he was smart, he'd come.

[Just so you all know, I'm more active from Thursday to Sunday. Since I have a gruesome day job during the first three days of the week. Although, sometimes I'll be active during Wednesdays as well.]
While Crylic had set off out of the room. Leon was approached by the Rhonian woman who Crylic chose. Although he didn't know how good she was since Crylic looked like he was picking randomly out of a crowd. He began to follow her through the hallways passing the mechanic's mess hall. There were three mess halls on the ship: one for the Treasure Hunters, one for the mechanic and support staff, and one for the generally useless. For some reason, the three groups did not like to mingle between each other so everyone stayed their distance from each hall. The Treasure Hunter mess hall had the best accommodations and services followed closely by the support staff's mess hall.
Leon: (Trying to catch up) "Where are we going?"
The ships hallways were brightly lit, the Captain of the ship loved aesthetics, so he put a lot of effort in making the ship a nice place. There were no visible outside windows anywhere on the ship except for the observation centre, which used a special form of liquid in substitute for glass, which was too expensive at the time to be installed for practical use. Although, no one was allowed to be inside there except the Captain -- since it was extremely dangerous to be inside while travelling at high speeds. The Odyssey was a unique ship, it was the first ship capable of travelling an entire galaxy in less than half a day on Earth. By using new technology called "Phasing" the ship would literally "Phase" through dimensions and solid objects to get from Point A to Point B. By ignoring physical objects (including gases), it allowed the ship to reach it's terminal velocity in microseconds. After the Odyssey was built, any type of glass or see-through material was not allowed to be built on the hull of the ship since the material never seemed to be able to retain it's shape after phasing. Let's just say, the first test crew had only one test.
To avoid claustrophobia, the ship installed display panels on every wall touching the hull -- this mimicked the thought of actually have windows. The Odyssey have over a billion visual and thermal sensors installed onto the ship. This made the Odyssey the perfect vessel. To this day, there is no other ship that is exactly like the Odyssey, there have been many similar ships made but no one had made it perfect like the Odyssey.
Leon: "My name's Leon, what's yours? I hope the mission goes well"
Meanwhile, Crylic had headed down to the mess hall for food. In preparation for the mission. Crylic always tried to fill his stomach before every mission because there was the off chance that they would not each for days or even weeks. Being a Reven Wolf, it was natural to have an impressively large appetite. When a Reven Wolf gets hungry, they get cranky, and when they're cranky, they'll eat... anything. It was more of a special trait to Reven Wolves specifically, there were other forms of intelligent life on Revenigma, which had become the Reven Collective.
Nonetheless, Crylic quickly gathered a large amount of food and moved to a more desolate hallway of the Odyssey. Obtaining food on the Odyssey was easy, there was no one starving on the ship. The Captain made a point to have well fed crewmembers; more food meant more energy which ended up as more work. However, the quality of the food varied between social status on the ship. Treasure Hunters usually ate well, very well... Crylic wasn't too picky for a Treasure Hunter, he usually passed by the mechanic's hall to trade lunch or dinner with someone else. Of course, the recipient would always gladly trade -- In honesty, he preferred the lower quality food; he made a point in his life to never spoil himself no matter how rich or powerful he became. This is also the reason why he preferred to eat alone, because other Treasure Hunters would try to suck up to Crylic or try to piss him off. There were two type of people in the Treasure Hunter group, people who sucked up to him, and people who hated him (there was a third group of people he liked, but it's such a minority that it would be pointless to mention); so he would either return to his quarters, or hide out near the observation centre where no one would be. Sometimes, he would actually meet with the Captain and be invited inside. The only person in the world he didn't mind being with was the Captain. Although, no one except him and Steve know what the Captain looks like, or what his name is. In fact, no one has ever seen him walk through the halls before, but there are clear signs that the Captain had passed by or eaten in the mess hall... it was strange.

[Okay, well my days off are Monday, Wednesday and Sunday, but mostly I work in the afternoon/evening, so I should be on in the mornings, and after, If I'm not tired. Except Friday-Saturday. Those are the days I usually do stuff.]
Ryn slowed down a little allowing the biped to catch up with her four legs. When she was sure he was caught up, and had caught enough breath to listen, she baegan to speak.
Ryn'hina: Call me Ryn, kid. Everyone else does. And if I catch you calling me a horse, well, just don't call me a horse. We are heading to a place where you can get more weapons than that dinky little butter knife.
She stopped in front of a door in the residential area of the ship, the area reserved for Treasure hunters. She placed her hand on the metal pad next to the door and it opened. She stepped inside the main room of her 'apartment'. Along the walls were the small alcoves for sleeping and the restroom. Naturally, being the species she was, her alcoves were bigger than a human's would be, but proportionaly it worked out to about the same. The room was sparsely furnishied, offering only a few seats suitable for humans.
Ryn'hina: Sorry about only having a couple of chairs. Rhonians generally don't sit. We're not built for it. We even sleep standing up.
She approached a wal, and with a quick movement shielded from Leon's eyes, she pressed a hidden button that made a large portion of one wall flip over to reveal weapons stashed on the other side.
Ryn'hina: My own modification. Pick one or two guns and as many blades as you think you can carry. Believe me kid, you'll need them.

Leon: "Oh, okay Ryn (Note to Self: Protective about self image). Wow, Treasure Hunters sure live nicely."
Compared to the Treasure Hunter's section of the ship, the mechanic's living area (besides the engine room) was small and shabby. Although, it was much better than the freeloaders -- the only exclusive rights to a mechanic was being able to enter the engine room. It was the most delicate and expensive piece of equipment on the entire ship, in development costs alone, it added up to just short of one decillion Credits (UC, or Universal Credits had become the united currency for races that joined with the Humans). The engine and attached machinery (including the phase drive) is priceless, no amount of money could afford such a ship. Not even the Captain was allowed inside the engine room(since it was rumoured that whenever the Captain touched machinery, it would somehow destroy itself). The engine room is the pride of the mechanic crew, so they tend to be protective on their own sanctuary.
Leon grabs a gun from the wall.
Leon: "This'll be fine, since I'm not that great with weapons..."
Weapons were definitely not Leon's forte. During basic weapons training when he enlisted in the military, he ended up shooting two of his teammates in the leg and destroying the transport carrier they were riding in when his automatic pulse rifle had discharged on accident. Needless to say, he wasn't allowed to carry automatic weapons anymore.

Wind had signed up with the crew back a few months ago. He had been officially drafted as support staff and usually flew the crew back and forth between planets, but he was assigned an interceptor in case. The news had traveled fast, or at least, fast with him. He was quite good at maintaining enough relationships on the ship to be aware of anything, especially new people. He turned the corner and tapped on the door as it swung open for him and in he walked looking at the two standing in the room, as he beamed a bright smile.
Wind: "Oh hey, who's this? Don't think we've meet yet. How ya doing Ryn? Got those new weapons you wanted yet?"
His normally quick and interested sounding voice. He was always hyper it seemed, never calm.

Crylic returned to the main area of the ship. Odyssey was a massive ship, so everyone had decided to congregate near the mess halls and the market place -- otherwise, they would be in their living chambers. The Odyssey itself was self-thriving, therefore everything inside was a business. The market area was a free reign merchant zone with it's own loading dock. The Odyssey also has it's own supply and trade routes to cooperating planets. However, these were secrets since the Odyssey was, in fact, an illegal warship. But due to the fact that it was nearly a planet of it's own, the authorities were easily bribed by the vast amount of money and cheap narcotics that flowed in and out of the warship.
Crylic headed over to the transportation section of the marketplace. Even though the missions were issued by the ship Captain, completing them was responsibility of the party leader. This rule was put in so that every member of the Odyssey would be able to have some sort of job in the ship; as a mechanic, a merchant, a for-hire pilot, etc. Therefore, he had to provide everything for himself and his team: Weapons, Transportation and Personnel. He was looking for a pilot for his crew, a skilled pilot. He remembered hiring a skilled pilot a few months back but hadn't remembered his name, so Crylic set out to look for him because he would definitely remember his face. He hoped that he wasn't already hired to do a trade route or another mission. Unknowingly that he was near his immediate teammates...
Leon looked behind him as Wind barged into Ryn's room. Although, he was offended by his comment.
Leon: (Annoyed) "I'm Leon... I'm a mechanic/treasure hunter... I did maintenance on your ship when you first came here."
Leon was usually the type to not leave an impression, so it was like he didn't exist in the room unless he was the topic.
Leon: (Walking over to Wind) "I also see you in the Support Staff Mess Hall... almost everyday."

Malkor didn't have much to do when the ship was preparing for a mission, so at these times he took the liberty of working on his private project, the Pirate's Glove, in his private quarters. The sword in it was working perfectly. Malkor had handcrafted it himself, like he had with all other parts of the glove. It was not a beautiful sword, but it had an astonishing azure color, as it was forged from Kitrianite, one of the biggest exports of his home planet. As the sword was in no need of further tinkering, Malkor's efforts were now put into making the energy blaster function. Its flaw was a leak, ultimately resulting in the energy running out very quickly. The real problem was finding the leak, as the kind of energy used for this blaster type, was invisible when not under great pressure. But Malkor had come up with a solution.
He got up from his working bench and rolled up the sleeves of his black shirt. He took a look around the interior of his apartment, to see where he had laid his lucky spanner. The apartment was fairly small, but Malkor was just happy to have his own, unlike some of the lesser fortunate who had to share accommodations with one or two others. At last he noticed it. It was lying in the middle of his bed. He went over, picked it up and placed it in his tool belt. It too was made of Kitrianite. He wrapped his project in some white cloth, since he was uncertain that anyone would appreciate him building uncertified weapons. After wrapping it up tightly Malkor went out his door, and down the hall towards the Construction Bay.
On the way to the he passed some of the Treasure Hunters getting ready for some mission. He couldn’t care very much, mostly because of his excitement of maybe at last finishing his project. After a long walk down the beautiful hallways of the Odyssey, Malkor arrived at the gate of the Construction Bay. The Construction Bay seemed humongous, but was actually less than half as large as the Mess Hall. It contained many great machines, but Malkor interested in only one. A pressure chamber. He had hoped that no one was there or at least that no one would notice him, but the place was heavily crowded. Malkor did not know precisely where the pressure chambers where positioned, but he walked slyly in the direction he thought to be right.
