either i'll do this relaxation exercise where you just flex your muscles and then relax them (like your flex your toes for a moment then relax them then flex your legs then relax etc) or I read a book until i get tired or i get myspace

and everyone else is asleep. like usually if i have some nookie im passed out, but recently man- i havent gotten alot of sleep. it sucks. lol

anyone take meds that knock em out?

I watch TV or go on the computer (Watch anime, games, read fanfiction, research specific topics) till I'm tired. Another way would be playing videogames till I'm tired.

I advise you to not take sleeping pills, look at what happened to Heath Ledger. whee

if u take some lunesta pills dat shyt would work. my momma take it and she will fall out while using the bathroom or sum shyt be laid out on the floor wit no panties on. im sure when her bf come home late at night he'll be gettin more than an eyeful xd

lol o.O not only dont i really sleep much, but i do crazy s**t when im sleeping. ~_~ lol people say im irritating when im asleep.

@fem- when im not really awake, but still not sleepy- its hard for me to play games and try to focus on it. lol. and if i watch tv or a movie or sumtin- instead of dozing off i just get into and wanna stay up more. lol.

@princess- exercise just gets my blood flowing then im all energenic. good for the morning. not for the night. lol.

!_! *cries*

i guess reading would be the best bet.
