Iris stepped outside putting her arm up to block herself from the blinding sun and looked around " Red-Sama? " she stepped further outside and then stepped into a small arena.

Red walk in and smiles at her friend "Im here dont worry we are gunna practice some spells ok? so wich one would you like to start off with?"

Iris jumped at the sound of her captain's voice and turned around and saw her " oh Red-Sama, yes..how about some thing simple? "

Red smiled " how about your restrained spell. All you have to do is try and restrain me ill go a bit slow for you alright?"
Red used her flash step but to a point where she was running around the areana. Also the speed was to a point where yu coiuld see her feet touching the ground.

Iris watched her, then slowly her body began to glow just a little " SAI! "

Red smiled as she ran. She was amaized to see that her officer had such good reiatu. Red stoped for a second and yelled at her form the other end of the small arena.
Red: "Good shot that almost hit me. Ok now wat you can try to do is chase after me if you want to but ill go a bit faster. the key thing is to try and anticipate your opponent and then aim at your opponent and do your spell"

She nodded watcher captain closely as her body continued to glow and followed her " SAI! "

Red used her flash step as the speed became gradually faster with each try of her pupil. She doged the next attempt by just a little. Red though to her self that she is a quick study.
Red "alright heres your chance to get me restrained"
Red stood in one spot for a ffew moments to allow Iris to restrain her so she knows wat to do and how to do it. She knows she still needs mroe practice over time shell be able to restrain every one while using flash step.

Iris had watched her captain closely and nodded slowly her body glowing much more brighter now she closed her eyes and slowly opened them looking straight at her captain, flash stepped and managed to get close enough to restrain her " SAI! "

Red's eyes widend as her arm was restrained for a mere minute or two . She smiled at Iris and stood next to her and put her hand on her shoulder. The spell released after a few monments.
Red" Nicely done. but try and keep your eyes open and keep your hand out in front of you so that its out and toward your opponent. The reason is for your eyes to stay open is so that you dont accidently restrain a bird. But other than thay just keep practincing. Well continue practicing till u get it down"
Red smiled widely and nice ly that her friend was doing quite well.

Red looks at trowoa and smiles.
Red" hun i thought u wanted to helpout with the training"
~Red giggles and kisses trowoa on the cheek and darts off into the arena and signlas Iris to try again with her spell.~
Red" alright remember your pointers iris it may take some time to get this down so try again"
Red uses her flash step again but a bit more faster that before.
