Welcome to the Scottish Gaelic General Discussion! This is where we discuss everything related to the Gaelic language, including, but not limited to:
-asking specific questions about Gaelic vocabulary and grammar (people who can speak Gaelic fluently can help answer others'' questions) -recommendations for Gaelic dictionaries, websites, etc -and everything else about the beautiful langauge of Scotland! 3nodding
Please note that although speaking in Gaelic is allowed here, it is not mandatory.

Well...it's very throaty (I can't really remember it was like 4 years ago) There's a lot of 'ach' sounds (i think, correct me if I'm wrong)

I was listening to some of the pronounciations, it sounds awesome. It would be cool to learn it, but who'd you speak it with? Its almost if not a dead language. But it does sound awesome. smile
