Slowly walking through some grass, Gojyo found the time to stretch his legs out. Until recently, the red-head had just been lounging in his typical 'hang out pad', pretty much doing nothing, only going out when he was hungry or thirsty.
Today was going to be different. Venturing further from his 'pad', his mind had already started wandering to thoughts of possibly meeting other jokoa... hopefully female. With that thought, he hoped that he hadn't lost his touch or gotten rusty as he kept on trotting along.

A lightly colored female rolled upon the ground. Her strange horns above her head where a dull dark blue to go along with her light metallic body. Her markings were rather strange as well, having grayish blue swirls run down her back that matched the fluff of hair upon her head. Her eyes were an almost emerald color as she blinked them looking up at the sky. Already she could tel the day was going to be dull. Which wasn't what she liked. Hopefully she was going to be wrong about this day. Though no other day had been wrong to her prediction.
Getting bored of rolling in the dirt, she hopped to her feet and started to pad along. She noticed that there was a rather nice field close to where she was. It'd allow the sun to rest upon her back for at least a few minutes, even though she loved the snow much like her father.

Coming upon a field, Gojyo found a large rock sticking from the ground and climbed onto it. After stretching out his legs, he flopped onto it and proceeded to sun himself, murring softly. He closed his eyes momentarily as his clothes and sandish colored fur soaked up the sun's warm rays.
As he rested there, he had no idea that he would soon get company. Opening his eyes for a brief moment, his vantage point caught glimpse of another walking into the field. He lifted his head as he watched the other, curious of who it might be.

Ava went from walking to a quick hopping threw the now tall grass. Well, she was more like prancing like a deer then anything. It was what was going to keep her amused for now. Who knew what lurked in the tall grass. Though, it wasn't that tall, so she could see that no one else was in it. She hadn't noticed the large rock that had a male sitting upon it. Not that she was paying attention to the non moving things with in the grass area.
She had a huge urge to go and hunt something, though she wasn't hungry, so she decided against it. But that didn't mean that other things were left out. She could always find someone to jump upon. She stopped to scan the area better, which in doing so, her eyes met the others. On ear twitched up, and the other back a little. She didn't notice that he had weird stuff upon his fur, but to her, it didn't matter. She probably looked pretty strange too. She took a few steps closer, but as slow as possible, as if to try to make the other think she wasn't getting closer at all.

His red eyes continued to watch this ulaya as they made their way through the grass. He slowly sat up as the other bounded through the tall blades, smirking some. Playful, ne? Seems fun. He thought. He barely noticed the horns on the other's head, quirking a brow in slight interest... the only odd thing on an ulaya he's seen so far being wings.
His tail wiggled as the other ulaya stopped and looked around. He wasn't sure if he was noticed or not, but he stopped watching for a moment to lick some fur on his leg down. After the unruly clump of fur was contained, he looked up to notice that the other didn't seem to be moving... much.

She had her chance to move a bit faster when he was licking his leg, but went back to almost not moving again. Her ears were back in a playful way. Of course, he had to expect this. Or so she though. It was almost time to try to pounce on the male. She didn't know if he was nice or mean, but didn't care. She'd find out after the math. Though, she didn't believe in any mean ulaya, even if her parents had told her about htem. She though they were just stories to tell kids to scare them into being good.
Avalanche was always a problem kid. Not the bad problem, just super hyper and over energized. her parents hardly knew what to do with her. Always finding herself lost, and out of reach of her parents. But there was so much to investigate, how could one not go out and adventure?
She finally stopped, when she thought she was close enough to pounce on him. Getting aligned right, so she and he wouldn't get hurt in the process of her pouncing. Her butt wiggled just a bit right before she pounced.... and then it was time. She pushed with all her might on her back legs leaping towards the male. With a grin upon her face as she did so.

Gojyo continued to watched the other ulaya, tail flicking lightly. He was slowly losing interest, yawning some as the other seemed to be taking their time. Perhaps he should go down and meet them? He shook his head, rather liking the sun he was getting from up ontop of the rock.
After some time, he had finally noticed how close she was. Through half closed eyes, he watched her get into a pouncing position, though made it seem like he wasn't really paying attention. It was when she finally lunged at him, was when he ducked, causing her to go flying over his head. Sitting up, he watched her fly pass and watched for her landing.

She landed softly in some grass, but landed a bit weird so she let escape her mouth. "oof!" She rolled twice before she actually stopped moving and looked over to where the male was. Her back was on the ground and her feet kind of up in the air. She didn't think he saw her, but that was no matter. She quickly rolled over to her belly just incase he tried to pounce at her. He was no fun! He was suppose to let her pounce on him. She still didn't really notice anything odd about him.

With a small stretch of his front legs, he got up and climbed down the rock to check up on who just attempted to pounce him with no luck. He chuckled softly at the other's position before they rolled over, getting closer. "Are you alright? I hope you didn't land wrong or anything."

"Nope! I'm A-okay!" She said looking over her body just to make sure. All she saw was a grass stain, but that was easy to get out with a small amount of cleaning herself later. Her attention went back to the male. "Now why did you go and move?" She asked him like they were playing a game rather then her trying to sneak up on him when she didn't know him at all. She wasn't one to think about danger that could happen. There was just too much other stuff to worry about then that. She stood up and shook her body getting off any grass or dirt that might be stuck to it.

He nodded when she said that, getting a bit closer before stopping a foot or so in front of her. At her question, he tilted his head slightly, his hair following the motion and draping over his shoulder. "Move? Wouldn't you move if something was lunging straight at you for no apparent reason?" He asked curiously, tail swishing just lightly.
