"Fransa'yı seviyorum." This is it. It's the same for both genders. Grammatical gender rules are completely absent in Turkish.

No, it's not.Turkish is spoken mostly in the Republic of Turkey, while Turkmen is the language of Turkmenistan. Turkmen is also spohen in some parts of China (if I'm not mistaken).

Turkmen is generally spoken in the Central Asian countries i.e Turkiminstan,Uzbekistan,Kyrgistan etc from my knowlege. The ancestors of the Turks who live in Turkey nowdays came from central asia and so there is a close link between the Turkmens and the Turks.
NOTE:I am not turkish so dont ask me any questions. smile

All that i know of Turkish is Hoshgeldiniz or something like that which means welcome but apparently i know many other words of turkish which i never knew.I speak Urdu and surprisingly there are many turkish words or words similar to turkish in Urdu. The word Urdu itself comes from Turkish meaning army camp.

I think you're talking about the word "ordu", Archelaus. Anyway, I believe I can be in charge of this thread, since my first language is Turkish. What do we need here?
