The day was dark, the sky filled with swollen clouds. They were ready to release their burdens to water the land and every thing on them. In the distance thunder rumbled like a growling monster.
Most of the animals were hiding, waiting for the rain to pass. Well... almost everything.
A female walked through the forest, untouched by the gray of the clouds. Her fur gleamed bright purple, the gold markings gleaming with their own light. The females three horns were surrounded with gold and rubies, echoing the bracers on her front legs. She was looking for something... or someone.
Things had been great lately. Chronos was amazing. An amazing God, lover and mate. Yet... he could see one of the many futures that Time and Free Will made. That was boring. She wanted to have fun, torment mortals and stretch out her power.
So she was looking for a victim to ply her trade on.

Victon lay under the trees listening to the rolling weather that was steadily approaching him. Random flashes in the dark clouds above would catch his eyes before fading off again with another rumble of thunder. He wasn't one for rainy weather for it made his mane heavy but there wasn't much he could do about it, so he just put his ears back and waited for the rains to come.
The forest was growing silent as the bad weather was making it's way in, all of the other creatures were scampering about trying to find cover from the water that was to come, all but him and possibly another one. His ear picked up a tinker of a sound that he knew was recognizable, to him at least. The sound of precious gems and valuable material clanking together, this sound was more important to him then the thunder or up coming rains, it was something that always caught his attention no matter what the situation.
Perking his ears up to decide what direction it was coming from, Victon rose from his place and started walking through the trees, looking for that special sound. Scanning his view through out the scenery he tried his hardest to find something that wasn't in it's place, or even just shimmering enough to catch his eyes.

The Goddess had stopped to test the air. Her nose picked up the scent of rain and ozone, thickening in the breeze. The storm was almost here. Lightning grew in intensity, along with the thunder, and the breeze was turning into a hard wind.
This was going to be one hell of a storm.
Hidden in the smell of ozone Lilith picked out another. Musky, exotic, foreign... A male. Not a normal male either.
Lilith turned to look behind her. This could be the victim she'd been looking for. She rubbed her greaves together to produce a scratching, whining sound. It was so normal to do so, she didn't know she'd done it.

Pausing for a moment he turned around and looked through the trees and bushes the strange new sound was emanating from. Twitching his ear as his eyes landed upon a purple image he squinted as the sky began to release sprinklets of rain drops on top of him, just enough to mist the air and his fur. Raising his head as he realized it was another Ulaya he slowly began to make his way towards her, in hopes to get a better look at her jewelry and maybe use some of his cunning skills to get one or two from her possession.
The breeze began to pick up as the rain grew more and more heavy, his tail drifted in the wind along with his mane and the feathers grew damp and began to drip, gathering pools of water like a small cup before releasing it down to the ground. As he got closer he slowly began to realize that this said female was more like them then he imagined, a goddess of beauty and ... impressive gems that peaked his interest.

Lilith flinched as the rain started coming down. She disliked being wet. The heavy weight of her fur and hair, the way her bracers chafed her legs. Water darkened her coat from brilliant purple to amethyst making the gold shine even more.
The gems the other sought were very much a part of her.
She blinked the water out of silver eyes, studying the male. He was definitely not normal. A God then, but of what? He was definitely not bad looking, handsome and rugged. "Hello, my good fellow."

Nodding his head at the female's words he shook his mane and flung whatever water was on it around in the air, deciding to do this while he wasn't around her. As soon as he approached her side he sat down and tilted his head to the side, admiring her gems. "Hello, interesting weather we have here." He tried to be polite and not make it so obvious he was attracted by her gold but he didn't really mind if she saw. Most females he came upon always enjoyed his admiring them until he sneaks off with their belongings.
Sitting his rump on the ground he wrapped his tail around his body and flicked the water off his paw, he began fiddling with a string of beads hanging off his fur. This was impulsive for him, a way of controlling himself from reaching out and touching what wasn't rightfully his ... yet.

The God wouldn't get away with her gems easily. Unless he was into carving them from her body. Even the greaves were a part of her. "I am Lilith Malandra, Goddess of Manipulation." She bowed her head to him.
"Who are you?" Silver watched him through the wet fall of purple hair.
There was a brilliant flash of lightning followed by a thick crack of thunder. Hard rain was coming, soon.

"I am Victon, god of hoarding." He said this with a proud smile, for everyone knew with his name came a collection of wonderful trinkets. Snorting to the upcoming rain he wondered of the forest would be enough cover for the two of them, or just himself if she really wanted to stay out here. He continued to eye the now more apparent gold on the goddess' darkened fur and started to wonder wonder what the goddess was doing out here.
"Perhaps we should get out of the rain. I don't know how much you like it but I'm not too fond of it with my mane being so thick." He knew of a cave that was nearby that he would be willing to lead her to if she wished to join him and further envoke conversation. He really wanted to admire her some more, at least her gold.

Getting out of the rain would be so welcoming. "Pleasure to meet you Victon." Lilith smirked slyly, letting her eyes run over him. Oh yes, he was definitely rugged. A difference from her slim, elegant mate. She had found her victim...
"Yes, please." She got up, glancing around the forest. "Do you know of a place?" No power yet. She wanted to work on him by herself first.

Releasing a sigh when she agreed to leaving the wet outside, he offered her another nod and rose from the now mucky ground and faced towards the cavern he had in mind. "I know somewhere close we can hide out for a while, just until the rains pass at least." Most of his hide aways aren't the most cozy but at least it was more dry then under the dripping trees.
Another roll of thunder crashed overhead as they started walking through the forest. Victon's feet were starting to sink into the ground as it became more and more muddy, a feeling which he wasn't too particular about. He turned to Lilith for a moment to make sure she was still behind him as the rain began to pour down harder then before. "We're almost there." He yelled over the roaring rains to assure her that they wouldn't be under the falls for much longer.

The Goddess was looking less like one, and more like a drowned rat with every passing moment. Ugh, rain. "So Viction, why did you come looking for me?" She tried a enchanting smile through the rain.

"Try looking for you?" He let out a soft laugh as he steeped into the cave where they would probably be residing for some time at the rate the storm was carrying up. "I didn't, your shimmering trinkets and gems attracted my ears." He smiled to her and then sat down on the dry ground and began maintaining his fur. "But from what it looks like my ears deceive me for they're bound to your body. How does that feel?" He was intrigued with the idea of having his items embedded into his fur but then shuttered at the thought of how many things would be clung to his body. It would be nearly impossible to move let alone hunt for more. Resuming to his mane he pulled out a feather and groomed the area before placing it back in it's proper place and moving onto another spot in his long dark hair.

((Haha, cert matches the weather?)) Chronos was not one to particuarly love one thing over another, let alone hate. But one thing had always frustrated and taunted him over the many years. And he was confident to say he hated it.
Blue key-holed eyes starred unseeing into the distance, halflidded. Concious turned inward he barely noticed the rain pounding at him, long main sticking to his fur, water running off it in rivets. Only blinking every so often to rid lashes of the droplets that clung to them.
He was in a different place. A different time. And as he watched flashes of color, snippets of scenes, only one thoguht crosses his mind: He hated the future. For the simple fact that he could not properly see it.
Walking in this dream, ears perking as eyes met the silver of Liliths, only for the image to be whisked away, replaced by a new one. Ever changing.
Thats all he ever saw; Everything and yet nothing at the same time.

"I do not feel them." She tilted her head. The amethyst strands caught on the ruby red horns. Were they bone or rubies themselves? Lilith stood by the entrance, shaking herself out.
Was Chronos safe and tucked away from the weather? Lilith stared out into the rain for a moment. She would be home with her mate after she'd had her fun. If that stupid, pesky bug of a mortal didn't bring her to his side more swiftly.
Gods above she wanted to crush that blob. She smirked. Time would take him, turn him into dust. It was ironic really...

Watching her with fascination he stopped his pruning and watched her look outside of the cave, back into the rain. He started to wonder what she was thinking about, her eyes seemed to be lost in themselves but then drew a confusing image upon them. He wasn't really sure what could be running through her mind and decided to keep quiet and not bother her.
Looking through the cavern he found himself a soft patch of moss and rested upon it, the sounds of the storm and rain echoing through the empty space that surrounded them. Flicking his tail over his leg, Victon continued to watch the goddess with curiosity.
