Well I'll tell you what, a good quality pair of pants can go a long way. Though you might end up spending quite a bit at first but the pants will last so long you'd most likely have boughten another pair of pants by then and having the total between both pair of pants equal more then the original one pair that has lasted longer.
Personally for pants I prefer Empire, I got a pair of ReActs that have lasted me for 2 years and I've thrown slide after slide at them and any other shenigans I get into while playing. They are finally starting to get to the point of extreme wear but they are still in good contact to use during play.
As for jersey I'm not too big on wearing a jersey unless it is during a tournament because Florida is very hot and humid, so generally I just go out to play in a T-shirt.
