Ever have an online greeting go something like this: "Hey" "Hi" "What's up?" "Not Much, You?" "Not much" "cool."
Of course you have. I try and spruce things up, Like when I'm instigating an aim session with Grave. I'll say something like "Hey sexy beast" or "What's up sugar lumps."
It gets you out of that standard rut.

All of my conversations online are like that. "Hi" sweatdrop I've tried using a Jay and Silent Bob greetting before. I don't remember if it was offline or online though.

only a few people i know don't do that, and it's annoying when people do and it's like...come on it's worse when they start the convo and you're the one trying to keep it going and they give up after what's up

Yeah, I usually end up feigning interest after the "conversation" that Hollow outlined.

I think we should all start out asking a random question. But more often than not, I garantee you, that standard will appear at least once.
I have even had it come up twice, in a row.
Hey Hey what's up? Nothing, you? Nothing. sweet. Anything new? Nope, yourself? Nadda.

But then again if someone did have something up, then they probably wouldn't be at the computer. xp

I think that's funny but on the other hand I don't agree. One could be killing time before an event.

Gravechylde My Hollow I think that's funny but on the other hand I don't agree. One could be killing time before an event. Well, I did say probably. The "something up" could deal with the intarwebz as well.

That is only her standard greeting for me, so it's cool.
