Jun smiled as he pounced around the open fields with a giant smile on his face. "one two three." he counted his jumps onto two rocks, he could just jump from one to another for hours its how he kept himself entertained whilst his sister wasn't around. He was always with her, them being twins and all. He loved having a twin so much it was great to have a best friend who was also your sister it brought you closer together. He fell off of one as he stumbled down the hill landing just near the rivers edge. "phew" He chuckled in relief about his oh so close to bath.

Hoshiko stared at the dirt beneath her feet, slowly adjusting and retracting her claws back and forth within it as it slipped between her toes. It made her chuckle, the tickling feeling it had rolling around her paws when she did it. To her it was amusing, but being pretty simple minded it was useful when her sibling was elsewhere. "Oh! Brother" She yelped, snapping out of her spacey state of mind. "Where did he run off to now" sighing, she made her way along the dirt track beside the river, her ears up-right in search for any noises that remotely related to him.
bang, rattle dush!
Snapping her gaze around top the blurred figure, her eyes widened until it came to an almost sudden halt, her eyes adjusting to what she saw until a set of giggles possessed her. "oh brother! your so silly! hehe..." She continued chuckling, he was always so clumsy, she seemed to run into him like this all the time; walking over, a happy smile set upon her maw as she leant over him and looked down. "aww you okay there? You seemed to be having a bit of trouble.. Hehe" This just made it even more fun having a brother, there seemed to be never any dull moments when your twin was about and they were always there looking out for you.

Jun looked back at her and tilted his head confused as one of his ears flopped his tail scrapping across the ground side to side. "yeah i am fine i am just glad that i didn't get we-" he began as he slidded on the muddy banking his back end and feet going straight into the water as he looked back and sighed. "in fact never mind." he chuckled as he got out shaking madly as water flew everywhere. He then made it back over to his sister and sat there with a wide smile on his face. "anyways what are we going to do about food i am starving." he stated as he gulped his tongue flopping out to one side.
Somewhere in the shadows something was stalking its prey....

Hoshiko watched as her brother jinxed hiself even before finishing his last sentence. She chuckled as his rear slipped into the water; watching him crawl back out she shook her head lightly and helped him by gently nipping the back of his neck fur. Feeling essence of water she jumped back and raised a paw to cover her face, getting showered. "Borther!" She called in giggles. "Thats so mean!"
She licked her paw and gently swiped it by her ear before walking back and sitting by Jun, her gaze switched up to him and the large grin he had placed upon his maw. "Food..." The word made her ears stick up-right and her eyes dart to the forest. she had been told of the many dangers of hunting in there, but they had to learn to hunt sometime, and with no mother and farther... Pretty quickly they would of thought.
She pounced in front of her brother and shook her head madly. "Go in there! Are you crazy?" She asked, ears flopping back. "But there are big monsters and evil things!" Her eyes grew big and deeper in the thought of her twin or them both getting hurt. "I think we should stick to the little mole creatures... Even if they aren't so filling" she gulped, also wanting to feel the sensation of caribou or the sort once again.

Jun smiled as he walked over to the field looking about for little moles like his sister had said he was used to doing what she told him too because she was the older twin so there mother always left her in charge. He sighed as he picked up a little mole and swallowed it in one he was starving they hadnt had a meal in days and one can not live off of moles alone.
Shoudan was stalking threw the forest as he saw a dear in his path his pack was not with him today they had gone, where too was unknown by him but he was big enough to take care of this by himself. He pounced bouncing off the floor with his giant paws as he jumped onto the creatures back, his body weight making it hit the floor, his claws digging deep into its flesh and finally his teeth sinking into its neck, Shoudan was very proud of his hunting technique.
Jun heard something scream as he looked towards the forest and wondered what it was...

Hoshiko watched as her brother so casually made his way towards the field, her sigh elapsed herself as a frown painted her lips in a small tinge of sorrow. she hated to have to see them live off of moles alone, and she knew he would try hunt bigger things if it wasn't for her being the older one. It just always seemed to be this way. Young and foolish, how were they to be expected to hunt much bigger things? If something went terribly wrong... 'I really am a worry wart' She shook her head within thought before trotting slowly after her brother and pounced him to the floor playfully, nibbling on his ear.
'I'm also probably going to kick myself for this but what the heck...' She jumped off of his body once again sticking her tongue out and running towards the forest. "I suppose trying couldn't hurt though, right?" she chuckled looking back and skidding just before the forest , looking back in hope he would follow her. She heard the scream as her ears hit the back of her head, her eyes fixed back to the loamy darkness. 'what the...was that...?' suddenly her tail retreated and curled around her back paw and a small fearful whine roamed her inside.

Jun felt himself being pounced to the floor as he chased after his sister no idea where they where heading his wasn't really the bright spark of the family so he didn't know what she was up too. He cam to stand by her just outside the forest as he looked at it and then his sister. "maybe fishing would be better i have a really bad feeling about this." he stated as he looked back at her his ears pricking up.
Shoudan was sat on a rock nibbling on the dears leg that he hand in between his own, a animal this size would keep him full for at least three days maybe four even. He ate a lot because of his own size after all most of his kind where quite bulky they needed to be. He heard some noises near by as he looked over with his meloncolly eyes, he walked soon coming across two younglings, "my my... whats this...?" he asked moving towards them.

Scared, she was only just about to accept that offer even having acted so brave to get to the entrance of the forest, and her brother was right, there was something that felt just so wrong about this forest. The darkness and lingering silence explained all. "Your right lets-ahh!" She screamed jumping back in seeing the black figure creep towards them suddenly talk, if she wasn't jumpy enough he had just finished her off.
"What the hell is that brother...?" She whispered as she kept close to Jun's side, her eyes never leaving the bigger creature, it was a different build than themselves and unlike many of the Q'ntor they had been used to seeing this one was different yet similar in many ways. "W-what do you want?" She asked.
'I have to make a stand for us both, or its not setting a good example for Jun' She slowly crept further until she was in front of Jun, gulping, trying hard to swallow the knot within her throat. 'oh god...'

"what do I want? huh thats a strange question saying that you came this close to our temple, i thought it was you who wanting something. Filthy little magets hungry well then come on i am sure i can make a meal out of you." he smirked as he stepped forward slightly into the plane. "eww dirt from those things, maybe some blood would make it feel bearable to stand on." he chuckled as he closed his eyes. "ten... nine... eight..." he stated as he sat down in a taunting way.
Jun stared at him with wide eyes. "sister run!" he shouted as he darted off in the opposite direction if they made it to the Nersey then they would be safe or the temple even.

His blue eyes drew her own to a fearful stillness, she didn't like this feeling, the feeling of being taunted and helpless, even so he was threatening to eat them both, painful, yes the thought itself was enough to make someone hurl.
'the temple?' ran through her mind, they had been told a story about two temples and the evil which bewitched the land, two separate alignments... She just hadn't believed it. This... Q'ntor must of been that of another alignment, seeing his posture far slender than the grown ups back in the pack.
The call of her brother made her snap out of her thoughts and pounce from her position, her pads scraping the dirt with forceful might. She was trailing behind her brother, glancing back at the male to see if he was yet coming or not. They were so much smaller than him, how were they ever going to escape. "Brother! We have to hide somewhere!" She advised, panting madly to keep her breathe.

"three... two... one..." he smirked as he chased after them he wasn't planing to harm them he just liked to watch them run and cry, its the feeling of being stronger than something else it was a game he just had to play. "oooh your so fast how am i ever going to catch you." he smirked as he chuckled licking his lips to add an effect to his already frightening nature.
Jun looked back at his sister as he nodded opening one eye which he had closed because he was scared he nodded as he jumped into a near by busjh just round the corner as he preyed that his sister would join him soon, he wished with all his heart that she was safe.

Thud thud thud
Them horrible sounds of paws on the ground, she knew he had set off from his count down, it seemed like a ticking time bomb but even so she just had to look back, there it was the creature of pure evil, he wanted to eat them and there they were little paws carrying them as fast as they could go, yet he was gaining 5 for every 2 steps they took.
Looking back around she found her brother to be out of sight, she panicked but only hoped he was safe, away from sight and harm. "Go away you biug bully pick on someone your own size!" she screamed as her paw caught a small jagged rock, sending her flying over herself and hitting the ground in tumbles until she was still once again. 'ow...Damn, again... Another vital mistake' She thought trying to push her body off the ground, but finding herself at a struggle.

Jun ran over to his sister as he lent down by her pushing her further into the bushes so that she would come to no harm, his little heart was beating fast inside his chest to the point he felt like it was going to burst out and escape into the heavens above. He crouched down low as he panted closing his eyes tight trying to keep the situation out of his mind after all its not the most glorious situation to be in.
Shoudan came to slow down his pace to a jolly stroll as he smiled laying down on a rock in the middle of the valley. He smiled and looked to the sky in a bit of a daydream. "ill let you off now children but ill be back if you stay here." he stated as he darted into the forest once again maybe he would see them again later.

Hoshiko felt herself being pulled along the ground, her eyes opened to a calming sky blue, in realization it was her brother and with that thought she quickly rolled onto her stomach, her ears flat to her skull, slowly crawling towards him as she placed both paws gently upon his back, snuggling him tight in comfort. "I'm sorry for getting us into this trouble..." She whispered, licking the top of his head. "I just thought it might of been different rather than having to slave over such small prey.. I know you were getting hungry..." She sighed, nuzzling the back of his neck. "are you alright...?"
Two ears popped up from a distance as a wet nose sniffed the air; Shaking ones head, paws padded across the ground with ears up-right listening for any movements. Fear caught unwanted attention and that caused the creature to stir until finally it came to a halt, eyes upon two settled creatures hidden quite poorly behind some scruffy bushes. "Hmm... Got you pretty good eh? I'd say you were lucky, this time..."

Jun smiled at his sisters words as he nodded happily looking over as he heard a voice near by he looked as a child has revealed himself to them, he glared hearing his words. "what do you mean by that!" he asked as he stood up he was always protective of his sister around over males and this one smelt like trouble to say the least. He growled slightly not in the mood at the moment after the danger which had just unfolded itself in front of the twins.
