The First version, he has small boobs. Seems the artist didn't like small boobs of a transgender looking guy.

The artist seems to have changed the last picture. The last picture used to have the guy looking down at growing boobs of his own.

The artist pokes fun at video games using normally 2 Nekos and then the game itself with its own characters. Delphy loves the comic as his signature usually has random spawning scenes from them.
