I'll pimp my fics first. Because I'm really annoyed I couldn't break 100 reviews. Again.
TrystThe story is from the 1st person POV of an OFC (original female character), as she goes through a rather bad run in with Youko Kurama. It's pre-series (which means Kuronue is there, 'ho my), and I can assure you that none of the characters are OOC and there's no trace of a mary-sue to be found. It has 26 chapters, but they're not unbearably long.
You can check the reviews if you're skeptical
It has a sequel, but it's not finished and you shouldn't bother reading it until you've finished Tryst.
And here are some that aren't mine:
XenosA fic that focuses on Kurama, and what he really is; not a human boy, but a demon that will always be different and alone. It actually shows this in a really interesting way. Kurama seems to forget his life as a human, and is now only a confused Youko in a human's body, trying to remember why he's there.
A one-shot; good for people that support the idea that there's no difference between Kurama's human form and his demon one.
HeartlessA fic that's Yukina-centric; don't expect to find a timid, weak ice demon in this story. It focuses on Yukina's time with Tarukane and her emotional strength in her refusal to cry or show hate towards him. A one-shot
