Rain Dance rolled over onto her back with a yawn. River had gone off to her job for the day so Rain was left to take a few naps and sniff around the shop. She wasn't quite sure what to do. Flipping over she raised her nose to the air and smelled others like herself. The scent was sorta the same... but different. She did her best to follow the scent but it led her jsut about no where. Now she was in the middle of the shop sitting in a lady-like manner. "H-hello?" She called, blinking. Her eyesight wasn't good because she was so young. Parhaps someone would come and find her...

The large white mass of fur with the coffee stained rump, yawned and raised his head. Beautiful blue eyes searched the room, looking for a shadow of movement to focus on. He caught a large mass of color appear out of the corner of his eyes, but the rest of the body was nothing but black and unclear to his line of vision.
It sucked being partially blind. Dana could only see certain colors, objects and movement. Though, most of the movement appeared as large shadows to him, sometimes confusing him.
Pushing himself up, Dana followed his nose toward the mass of changing color and bent his head down. "Hello?"

Yukai had only just been found when his owner, Kaju had to run and wait for a delivery back at the house, leaving Yukai at the shop. He wasnt sure what had happened, or where he was, he just had to rely on instincts and see where that lead him...
Although it usually didnt lead him in the right direction.
He shook that off and took a look inside the shop only to find two others already there. One was a female, and rainbow colored, the other was a adult and white with brown/greyish markings. Huh. He went over to them to figure out what was going on.
"H-hello?" He said nervously first to the female then to the adult, hoping they could give him answers. But they both looked as cluseless as he felt. He sat down and frowned.

Rain Dance turned her head to one side and looked up at Dana. She sniffed at him and thought to herself, ' He's like me!' She turned to him and flashed her brilliant white smile. "Hello!" She said, already confident with this word. Spotting another male she kept her smile warm and said, "Hello!" again. She was very happy right now, she had been found!

Yukai blinked, a bit dazed by her sudden smile. What had they done that made her this happy? He for sure had no idea, for he had just walked in and sat down. She must have been waiting for the adult and was just in a good enough mood to smile at him.
Yeah... Thats it...
He ignored her for a moment to let his red and green colored eyes scan the room. There wasnt anything interesting about it. He sighed then focused on the girl again. He was tempted to ask why she was so happy, but he resisted the urge and instead cocked his head.
"Who are you?" He said a bit too rudely, but he hadnt intended to sound that way. He was meerly just curious and she seemed like a nice enough girl.

Rain moved closer to the other child, wanting to make a new friend. When he randomly asked her who she was she opened her mouth to speak and foud that he was looking right at her. Those red-green eyes.... "I am Rain Dance." She gave a small bow and unleashed her blinding smile again. "So whats...your name?" She turned her head slowly and noticed that he had small green and blue wings sprouting from his back. "Can you...fly?" She asked, in total awe.

Dana tilted his head and blinked watching the two kits. They were making friends quite quickly it seemed. He was at least glad for that. He couldn't wait until there were more adults that he could rough house with and befriend.
"His wings are tiny...probably wouldn't hold him long."

(Sorry, its hard for me to describe, but Yukai has one red eye and one green eye. biggrin )
Yukai felt dizzy, was she trying to make him ill? He regained his composure when she spoke her name. Rain Dance... It sounded very poetic in a way, like she could just call the weather to do her bidding in a tribal way. He bowed his head slightly in greeting. She didnt ask his name but it was rude not to respond.
"My name is Yukai." He said, with a bored tone.
When she asked him about his wings, that got him perked up. "No, not yet. But when I get a bit bigger I hopefully can fly." He had only just added to what Dana had said. But what he said was true. He looked up towards the roof of the shop with a distant look. He wanted so badly to fly, but it was only a matter of time before his wish would be granted. After all, he could glide, which was a start.

Amber walks slowly into the shop, which seems both alien and familiar... A sense of security envelopes her and she felt so at home eventhough she has never seen this place before. Her owner had placed her here before going off on a camping trip as she could not have brought Amber along. Amber is still too weak to go through the entire trip and has agreed to come to the shop for the day.
Looking at others like her, she felt a great sense of excitement. There are adults and some who even have wings! Imagine that! Walking towards the group, she smiled shyly and introduced herself.
"Hello, my name is Amber,"

((Ah, um she did ask his name by the way.))
Rain Dance smiled to Amber and moved a bit closer to the other children. "Hello Amber!" She said kindly, "My name is Rain Dance and this is Yukai. Oh and that is Dana." She nodded to Dana respectfully. "Really you will be able to fly!" She asked again, sounding really impressed. She followed Yukai's gaze to the ceiling and nodded.

Yukai had a faint smile for a moment until Amber started to talk. He looke down from gazing at the celing to see the orange colored female. Yukai quickly glanced at Dana, so that was his name... He started to drift off again as he began to be poetic with the names he learned.
Amber... A precious stone found in certain trees. It is expensive and sometimes contains ancient insects or flowers contained in the sap. Amber was a very strong name but can still have some elegance to it. And Dana... When he thought of Dana he thought of the humans. Dana to him was a powerful name, it seemed like it was fit for someone who wouldnt loose in a battle.
He snapped back to reality then nodded to Amber to greet her. He didnt want to be rude. He nodded at what Rain Dance said. "Yes, I hope to be able to touch the clouds... To see what it is like to be in the air with the birds." He said, sighing slightly.

Looking at both Yukai and Rain Dance, Amber smiled more confidently and sat down with them. Delighted to be making new friends, she looked around the shop in happiness.
When her gaze fell upon Dana, she stares at Dana and inched towards Rain Dance. "He looks really intimidating... Does he bite?"

Rain Dance smiled at Amber but didn't like the fact that Yukai was giving her so much attention. Trying to draw his gaze back to hers she said, "That sounds wonderful!" She smiled warmly at him, almost blushing. As she moved into the shadows her fur changed to a much duller color. "I'll never be able to fly..."

He blinked, and felt a bit of tension with Rain Dance so he raised his eyebrow and looked back at her. Was it just him then? He ruffled his wings slightly and rested them in a more confertable position. "No... But if I am strong enough I can take you flying with me if you want." He said with a emotionless look.
He looked back at Dana and Amber. "No. Dana is very nice... Seems to be quiet though."
He wanted another look at Dana, he did seem a bit intimidating, but when he himself would be bigger he can match up to him. After all, if things got bad he will have his wings to use.

Dana blinked as he watched Yukai watching him. What was with this little kit? Was he just that curious? Or just...reallyreally quiet. He didn't know.
Shaking his head, Dana stood back up and stepped closer to Amber's shadowed form. Bending his head down, he managed to focus enough on some orange tint in her fur and smiled. "Your new."
