Dunno if anyone noticed, but my levels of WN lurking have been steadily decreasing. Seeing as I have imminent exams (seriously, they're looming over my shoulder at this very moment, reading what I'm typing and casting a gloomy shadow on the keyboard...), I've banned myself from the internet, with the exception of Fridays.
So, yeah... I'm relying on you guys to keep the index thread alive for me neutral It's my baby [/sentimentality]

Oh. Well, that would explain the lack of Index posts. My finals are next week as well...

Hurrah! I feel so important xd
Next week's my last week of school; exams start the week after, but I haven't really revised much yet. It's odd. I'm just really, really not motivated, hence the ban.

@ Pwetty: gonk right back atcha! Woop! Sleep deprivation = hyperness.
@ Strideo: Thankie! I hope so, too xp
@ Jshin: "the tubes"? -feels ignorant-
@ Zentlair: ESSAY! -fawns- God, I'm weird. I actually love essays... provided I'm not timed, that is. Given enough freedom by my teachers, I tend to churn out minimum-10-page essays, merely becaue it's so satisfying to get all of my thoughts down on paper - my brain is a chaotic universe of analytical theories.

Well, I do love the end result of an essay, but actually doing it is the ugh part. xd See, I'm the opposite. I'm content to write an essay, get a grade and never look at the thing again (if I do, I will undoubtedly find some grammatical structure that I'd like to tweak, or a word I want to substitute). I just love the actual writing of it. There's nothing like watching an essay pour out once you've got a flow going. The problem is when there's no flow - pure torture!
Just to put your poor, tormented souls at rest, guys, I'm indexing a few more threads tonight. It's actually quite therapeutic, 'cause it's so systematic...

My internet obviously took offence at that lack of knowledge: it closed itself down when I tried to reply to the thread xp

My internet obviously took offence at that lack of knowledge: it closed itself down when I tried to reply to the thread xp Well, it's a fairly nerdy name referencing a misspeak by a US senator. I'm pretty sure I've heard the term before, although I never knew its origins. One learns something new every day. As the famous GigglyGal once said,
"A scrumptious morsel of information a day keeps all uninvited guests away, but not doctors, because keeping the doctor away is a very bad idea: if you then become ill, who's going to treat you? If noone treats you, what will you do, then? A-ha! I've got you, haven't I? Oooh, I knew it! I have, I have!"
Shortly afterwards, of course, she was administered a large dosage of tranquillisers and lead back to the loony bin from whence she came at high speed. Through the tubes.
