After having discussed it with a few people, I've decided to hold a quick fan fiction contest. It's going to run the span of three months, because I'll be gone for three weeks, and I doubt anyone would hear of it in time. Not to mention, I'd rather not have to extended it...
As it it a quick contest, here are the guidelines...
1. Your fic can be no longer than 10k but must be a minimum of 1k.
2. It must be based on a series that Chibi knows. Limiting, but I'm the only one judging this.
3. Must be PG-13 to be posted here; however, you can e-mail me anything rated over. I'll still judge it, but no one will be able to see it on Gaia.
4. Literacy is a must. I'm not expecting anything Shakespeare level, but a good grasp of spelling and grammar is a must.
5. Play nicely. Do not flame someone for writing a death fic or slash or femmeslash.
6. All submissions must be turned in August 1, 2008! October 1, 2008. Due to Gaia SuWriMos and RL situations.
7. Only one submission per user! You may replace your current entry with something else.
8. I may think of more so keep an eye on this.

Yup. I'll probably enter a contest though it won't be anything in the guild. X.x But then again, I'm backlogged with requests for sequels. Why can't I write a one shot that stays a one shot? People keep requesting more chapters. X.X
I's sowwy. Perhaps, there might be a contest later on that has it, but since I'm the only one running it, I'd rather have characters I know. Sides, you have like two and a half months.

Contest may be extended since a lot of people are doing the Sumowrimos. I'm not that picky. You can enter in past fics so long as they fit the guidelines.
