 Being pregnant wasn't fun at all!
Little Wishes huffed and puffed and she carried herself across the meadow; she'd long since left Bedtime Bear behind (he was sound asleep snoring, of course), and was out on her own trying to cope with the weird feelings she'd been experiencing for a few days now. She'd grown pudgier, grumpier, and felt all around more emotional than ever! It came to no surprise to her that she was pregnant... but how in the world did a mare deal with a pregnancy?!
Letting out a small snort, the usdia paused to munch on some tasty looking grass near where she stood. She'd grown hungrier as the days progressed further into her pregnancy, so she found herself snacking more frequently than ever, and her tummy tended to show that as well!

 The tiny Usdia, Zeedonka, found herself to be happily amused by watching a fat and pregnant Usdia moving about through the meadow. The pregnant Usdia looked very different than Zeedonka. The mare was bluish-grey and shiny with colorful hair. Zeedonka, on the other hand, was all natural colors. She felt rather dull in comparison to the other mare. The pregnant mare's colors probably make her more attractive, which would explain how the pregnant mare got pregnant in the first place!
This logic may be crazy to some, but to Zeedonka, it was completely sensical.

Her little blue head rose as she thought she heard something. Glancing around, green eyes finally fell upon a creature of similar height to her own, but far more thin than Wishes could have wished to have been. She was once that thin... but that had been a good while ago, and the little blue mare couldn't help but feel a twinge of jealousy knowing this other mare didn't have to worry about dragging along an extra weight around her stomach.
Chewing on her grass, she swallowed, and then tossed back her long rainbow waves of hair, as they'd fallen in front of her vision.
"Haven't you ever seen a pregnant mare before?" she asked, almost crossly, as she couldn't help but notice the darker, pretty mare was starting at her.
