Hey there all! I'm Nao and I study Choy Li fut kung fu. Choy li Fut is an old martial art and it comes from both South and North China. I recently became and instructor last year at the end of December and I have been training for a good three years.
I'd like to know if anyone else studies kung fu and where?
Feel free to ask any questions at all. I am from the Plumb blossom Federation Based in Sanfran but I studied in Reno NV. I currently am on hiatus but I am more than willing to train and I love Kung FU!
