Long hair like the night fell to one side as the stallion was bent down nose to some white flowers smelling and sniffing them. Ears twitched a top of his head while his tail flickered behind him.
Scuffing a hoof to the ground, a front one, he lifted his head slowly bright cyan eyes on the night sky, which so well matched himself. The moon shining above him with stars twinkling in the air making him seem to shine some like the night itself.
It really was a lovely night even though it was lonely not having his sister around or anyone else for that matter. He really should seek his sister out or his mother...maybe his brother or father even and see how they were doing as he hadn't seen them in so long, especially the last two.
"I wonder....what there all....doing..." He whispered into the cool night air.

If she had not been able to see the trees behind him she would have mistaken the stallion before her for the night. He certainly looked like the nighttime sky. Shyly Rhoswen made her way forward, looking at him, curious as to why he looked so close to the night.
"Who're doing what?" The winged mare asked, not meaning to interrupt his thoughts for a mere question, though it seemed to be a decent one to her as he was already interesting enough for her to come out and look at. Though that probably meant nothing to him, or anyone else.

Looking toward the female quickly, taken by surprise, he duked his head. "My family...." He answered in a low voice. He often wondered about them especially on nights like this, as they all were like the night sky. It was just that...he missed them and couldn't get them off his mind.
"May I ask...who you are?" He asked looking the pale colored mare over looking over her wings even, that necklace about her neck catching his attention, it was quite nice.

She pondered over his answer, Rhoswen hadn't seen her family in a long time. The mare wasn't even sure what her parents thought of her anymore, if she had at all. "It's nice to have family isn't it?" Came her reply, a soft smile upon her face.
He had asked who she was, though a normal question, it still shocked her a bit, causing her to look to the side before answering softly. "Rhoswen. Who are you?"

"Indeed it is nice to have a family." Why wouldn't it be though the mare he shared his teepee with didn't have parents or siblings, he did feel for her. Well if she did have a family she didn't know of them, and he had never seen a soquili that even remotely looked like the Lady whom he shared his teepee with.
"That is a lovely name, I am Lyra." He answered nodding his head lightly.

"I feel bad for those without a family, or even close friends they could call family." Rhoswen refolded her wings, watching him. Lyra seemed interesting, even if she had been distracted from the nightly run to see the stallion who had intrigued her.
"I like your name too Lyra." she tilted her head, looking him over. He was more like the night than she had thought. How pretty.

"As do I, the mare who I live with has not a soquili she can call family. However, she has gained a friend as well as that ferret which followers by her side." That little menace of a ferret which bothered him at times, especially when he almost stepped on the ferret by accident of course.
"I thank you Rohswen." He spoke bowing his head to her and smiled.

"It's good she has a friend and a ferret." Rhoswen didn't like the thought of a little ferret following her around all the time. It was for some, but not for this mare. "Though a ferret seems a little.. Different to me." There was a small pause between the words little and different as she had to place the word she was looking for without sounding like a snob.
Rhoswen would've done something in return, but she had forgotten her manners around the time she had forgotten to be cautious and stick to the shadows. "Y-you can call me Rhos if you'd like."

"Yes well this ferret quite matches her in appearance and while not a soquili and far smaller it does seem to have the opposite personality of her and protect her, despite how small it is." He spoke nodding his head as he spoke. Didier was protective over the frail looking mare whom lived with him.
"Are you sure?" He asked referring to calling her Rhos. "You won't mind at all?" He asked of course before she hadn't seemed like a snob to him...a ferret was odd to him also as well as a bit worrisome as it was easy to accidentally step on the poor things.

"Maybe a long lost relative?" The idea was silly, and caused Rhoswen to giggle a bit at it. "Though if it protects her it must be a better thing than just a friend." Protection was always good, though she preferred to protect those she was close to by herself for the most part.
Nodding the winged mare smiled and said "Yeah, it's easier to say than Rhoswen." the smile lingered on her face, hiding the thought running through her mind. Slowly she edged forward, wishing for a better look at the night male.

"Mmm I doubt that but perhaps something...made just for her somehow by fate maybe." He spoke softly. That was the only way he could think of to get a ferret, something so far removed from a Soquili, to match one color and pattern wise but not fully.
"Indeed it is easier to say then your full name." He spoke nodding his head, her whole name while not long was a bit hard on the tongue, at least for him. Watching the mare come closer to him he moved a bit closer to her, wondering why she came so close but unminding of it.

"Like a familiar thing?" She had heard the word before, though why or where the mare couldn't remember. It seemed that the two legger she stayed with could stick words without meaning in her head. How frustrating.
"And I think it fits better." Rhoswen hadn't noticed that he was coming closer as well, she just passed it off as him shifting his weight. Re-folding her wings yet again, she bumped into him. Not meaning to of course, she backed up "Sorry. Didn't realize how close we were."

"Yeah, like one of them only hers is a ferret." He said nodding again. Somehow the mare that lived with him had never nearly stepped on her familiar, he hadn't an idea if she'd done it when he hadn't been around, but somehow he doubted it.
Drawing back a step when they did collide he bowed his head. "My fault as well, are you alright Rhos?" He asked looking her over with bright cyan eyes. "I didn't realize either."

Distracted by bumping into the stallion she forgot to reply to the bit of their conversation on familiars and the mare that he lived with. "Yeah, I'm fine. Are you okay?" Rhoswen had forgotten to ask straight off, "It was my fault, I'm sorry Lyra." Looking up at him, the winged mare gave a worried yet happy smile. She didn't mind the fact that she had bumped into him, he smelled nice.
As if wanting to smell him again Rhoswen stepped forward a bit, drawing near Lyra once more, careful not to bump into him this time.

"Yes, yes I'm alright." He answered quickly, almost too quickly. "It was my fault as well I saw you moving closer and decided to make it less of a walk for you and moved as well." He explained quickly.
Standing still as to allow the mare to so as she pleased he was most curious about what she was planning to do.
