There is not enough water in the air to make an effective shield causing the bubble to burst from the great heat. I quick dodge side ways but sustain minor burns. I raise my wand with a great flip and swipe towards the sky while shouting.

Causes flaming chunks of rock to fall from the sky at your opponent. It appears as if the stars of the sky are falling on to your target.
