I have my belt testing/ beat down coming up in a week and i have to b able to take a hit or really a few really hard blows to the body. I have to condition and train my body so i can take the punch or kick of a black belt without getting badly hurt. Do u have any ideas on how to condition and train my body?

i know next to nothing about conditioning, but a week doesnt sound like a whole lot of time to me xp

Do you have to just stand as you get attacked or can you move? If you can move, I suggest you move with the attack... If you can't, i've read that tensing up your body just prior to the strike can lessen the pain.

Google "rosstraining".
And tensing up works for lower body hits, not so well for chest or above. You're best bet is to keep moving. Don't let him hit you.
If you have to get hit. Tense up a bit. but not too much. If you're totally rigid, you absord none of the blow, and you feel the complete pain.

Minus the time limit, kicking trees as a daily works.
My homeboy's shins are monster. When we spar my kicks are almost worthless when we collide.

I think she means conditioning the body to receive blows, rather than the shins to deliver/block. One of my old Muay Thai instructors liked to break pool cues over his shins as a demonstration.. But then he was a nut job. I still cant believe she is expected to take hard blows from a blackbelt without some sort of training/conditioning/knowledge of how to go about it... sweatdrop

Well how i use to do it is by training myself. Impact increases your bone strength provided you don't use too much, and overcoming pain is a lot of mental training. This sounds bad and stupid, but try beating yourself up. Impact. It toughens bones and mind. How you do this is up to. you can hve osme one else help you.
