Which online games are you playing
right now im playing wonderland online which is based on the same system created for ts online...true story online which was a really good game

lol, I have WL DLed on my computer, dont play it much but w/e...Most of the time if I not on gaia I am on WC3 playing DotaAllstarts...I have Wow as well with a Lv 69 Troll Shaman...Trying to ge my PvP gear, but taking some time...

the only online game that I have is Medal of Honor: Allied Assult, and no one plays that anymore, so I dont get online.

i dont play anything legit i might be playing WoW on a private server soon but i started to play Ragnorok again and im playing maplestory on a private server ccuz the real game is such a waste of a life time to take about a day to go up 1 lvl if any one wanst to play a private server with me and my gf pm me and ill pm you how to get it and how to register, but i play cs 1.6 i tihnk on steam

i have guild wars too but found it such a s**t game i played it for like 20mins and den never plaed again i wanetd to sell the game and my account but meh ppl are peranoide, also wats ff11 like?

From my experiences of when it came out, It was shitty. Why?
1. You start out on a random server named after either a summon or monster from previous FF games. If you want to play with friends, you have to make sure that you're all on the same server, because if you don't you or your friends have to dish out gil for world pass and make a new character.
2. If you die, you lose experience. This is bad if you just leveled up and sold all of your old armor and weapons for new ones because you go down in level and have to don the previous set of armor and weapons (that you sold mind you) in order to level back up. Yes, you can do down and level and will not get it back until you level back up.
3. Cross-classing happens at level 15, in which people all meet up in one area to do a cross-class quest. But the problem there is having to level up with "your ideal" group. That being one tank, one healer, and two to three support characters. No one wants to group with you if they already meet the requirements for their "group", so you end up feeling like the outcast that no one picks to play [insert any name of sport here].
4. I quit after reason 3, but I have a friend who kept playing. Higher level characters get shafted when they have the ability to reach this world where you can recieve the "ultimate" gear. The problem is that the window of time to visit this world is limited (like once or twice a week, no lie) and you have to be in a group...a big group...with 63 other people. And then when you do, you have a small chance of getting an "ultimate" weapon drop that is practically useless until you go to a vendor to unlock your "ultimate" weapons abilities, but only when you collect enough currency in that world (since their too good enough to use gil). Did I forget to mention that the weapon has stages? So you have to pay with "different world" currency that also has a small chance to fall on mobs and no only mention having to fight over the "ultimate" weapon drops amongst 63 other people.
5. Something I just remembered after typing reason 4. Combat is crap when you fight solo. Monsters get so strong that the only way to survive is to group up. However, people kind of flip their s**t about stupid things (read reason 3).
6. Crafting. Crafting requires crystals you find off mobs and combining them with crafting materials that you either buy or...find off mobs. Well, when you start crafting your character kneels down and looks like he/she is praying. The form of a crystal (color depends on what kind you use) shows up and has one of two things happen to it. It will either: A) dissappear from your sight and form what you wanted, or B) shine bright and shatter into pieces. If B happens, it means your attempt was unsuccessful. That would be fine and dandy...if that s**t didn't happen when you had to form rare items. I guess the whole kneeling and praying is so that it doesn't fail right? And failures tend to happen so often you often think "why bother with making s**t?" Because its one of the only ways to make gil. Crafting items and selling them in the auction house. Hell, I'd be happy with WoW since s**t doesn't break and make my efforts not feel like they were in vain.
There are more reasons, but if I write more I think I'll end up writing my own book on it.
To keep it short: If you enjoy the Final Fantasy franchise, the elements are there to keep you entertained. But don't expect too much in online gaming innovation.

well i understand y they made it so your not supose to fight by yourself cuz all ff games ur in a group but yea i know how that feels' i played ragnarok and nobody wanst to party lol they max lvl den pvp sort of lame but man iwanted to try FF 11 for a long time and never did cuz i didint wanna pay for a game i could use thta money to buy something betet den wasting my life lol too bad tehre isint a priate server
eiether way if you wanna play a game were ppl will party with u join my server of maple story lol still working on some bugs and glitches but it works and me adn my gf will party with u

Well that's the thing. Usually there'd be some sort of subtle hint that you have to group. But really there isn't. Its like they expect a higher level to grab you by the hand and power level you. And no one really wants to do that in that game.
Well, thanks for the offer but I'll let you know whenever I have the patience to wait for the client to load. Either that, or get a better internet connection. Basic DSL sucks a**.
