WindowOpener Hello WBD KrazyK, this is a formal warning for abusive behaviour towards another Gaia member. You displayed wicked_faery's avatar in your profile, with a "pwned" emote and a caption "Hey you retards. Im such a b***h. I make fun of this kid all day and I b***h about my weight and I never have any money! MY LIFE IS SO SAD!" This is abuse/harassment and it violates sections 4a and 4j of the terms of service. Quote: 4. Prohibited Conduct -- BY USING GAIA ONLINE YOU AGREE not TO: a. "stalk", harass, threaten, or defraud other Gaia Members

I still find it funny how I got this PM.

Ok...I agree with you that this is kinda bullshit.. but, It will just end up getting nowhere, violence just begets more violence, and just makes people no happier than they were to begin with. So I just say let someone whom wants to flame you do so, and then just report them instead of doing it yourself and get your account banned.
((then again who cares if a troll gets banned))

If I were you I'd have nothing to do with any of them anymore and set my profile to friends only. Or at least the comment section. Clearly they've made up their own version of the story and that's what the mod is believing due to whatever it was that you had on your profile. Though I have no idea how you're supposedly stalking, harassing, threatening, or defrauding her... I think it's a pretty big stretch to say that section a of that rule applies here.

OH MY GOD. LMFAO. I just noticed that this moderator is a frickin' teenager (under 18 ). No offense to any mature teens hangin' around here... but it seems that on a site as large as Gaia, which has an actual office and pays its admins and such... you'd think they'd ask adults to be moderators. At least I'd think they would.

Yeah, I know what you mean. I eventually gave up and told the mod that Im just gonna be mature about this, send her a letter calling for a ceasefire and told her Im done fighting. Its pointless and we're both gonna get banned for doing this. Told her if her and her friends keep away from me, me and my friends will keep away from her.
Lol, even a couple of her friends posted comments on her profile in high disapointment to her.
But yeah guys,
something I want to say to all of you is:

Some b***h in one of other guilds is like "God, you're so immature"
Which, really annoys me, cause she says Im immature when she's 10x worse than I am.

I like this guild. Joining this guild was one of the best things I have ever done on my history of gaia. But we always go through this xD
Anyways...
Yeah. I know, Im always careful.
I have a slight mental disability. Not sure what kind, but I know I have one. It just effects my learning skill. I had an IEP all through-out my school carrer. IEP stands for Individual Education Program.
I got extra time for tests, safety nets(instead of getting an F, I'd get a 'NP' which stood no pass which looks better than "F"). However, some of the SpEd teachers would talk to you like you're dumb and one of my caseworkers through the state talks to me that way. I hate him.
