At the end of the last series, someone was seen picking up the Master's ring. Some people theorize that Donna is controlled by the MAster at the moment and she picked up the ring.
Some people have said "The Eternals", although I have no idea what that means XD
Others think Gallifrey is the keyword. It was never used and then all of a sudden, along comes Donna and it's said (Runaway Bride). The theory is, the doctor's name is sealed away in the Medusa Cascade (See The Fires of Pompeii) or he's sealed something there. Words have power so his name is what will open it up.
Quoting someone-

There is one phrase that seemed (for me anyway) to stand out in LotTL and I've not seen it mentioned on here.
The Master says.
"I can remember the days when that famous Doctor, he was waging a Time War, battling Sea Devils, and Axons, he sealed the rift at Medusa Cascade, single handed. And look at him now. How did he ever come to this? Oh yes! Me!"
Now Axons and Sea Devils were both Stories that featured the Master so we can guess that Sealing the rift at the Medusa Cascade was also an encounter between the two of them.
This is not from the Classic Series and not AFAIK from any of the books/audios so while it could just be RTD referencing an unseen encounter between the Doctor and the Master I think Medusa Cascade or possibly just Medusa could be a contender for the Series 4 Arc Word(s).
Medusa does of course tie in with the Weeping Angels of Blink.

Some people say "The Silver Devastation" and "Civilisation Zero".

I just thought of something earlier and came back to the forum to post it and found this thread.
What we saw tonight was the beginning of the Doctor's "Butterfly Effect". He saved the family and changed history, and he and Donna don't know it yet, but the effects will ripple throughout the rest of the season, if not the series. Whatever he did in FoP will lead back into "lost planets", "disappearing bees", "something on your back" and, ultimately, the return of things we thought were no longer meant to be: the full force of the Daleks, Davros, Rose and possibly the Master? As the season goes forward, things "as we know it" are going to get more and more screwed up, simply because the Doctor has now violated the Laws of Time.
This was a Very Important Story. Saving the Caecilius family was very cleverly positioned to be a wrenching, but ultimately harmless choice... but it was not harmless, as we shall see. These lines do not mean what we thought they meant:
"I can see... a choice. Someone must make a choice. The most terrible choice."
"The future is changing"
"Death! Only death!"
And I'm not sure what it was yet, but I'm certain that final scene was not fluff, and full of importance. The beetle scarab for the Egyptians and the contract for Alexandria. It is somehow significant that Quintus was to become a doctor, and Mettella is saying something to Caecilius at the very end about the scarab that I can't quite make out. It may also be signififcant that Moran chose Caecilius' family specifically, as they apparently exist in the historical record of Pompeii.
This is the season arc, even extending back into "Partners in Crime", much more than "Bad Wolf" or "Torchwood" ever was!

Moving on, something along the lines of the above quote. Alexandria, the father the Doctor saved at the end of Fires of pompeii went on to lay the grounding stones of Alexandria, which is apparantly famous for it's "Lost Library" ... now ... A later episode (part of a two parter) is called "Silence in the Library" or something like that, indeed wink
Then again, the Reapers (Fathers Day) would have appeared if the Doctor fecked up the timeline XD So maybe he was meant to save them ...
Anyway, that's a crap load of text for the moment XD and I can't find much more to copy here ... enjoy XD
