I'll try to explain this as simply as I can. I have this friend, we'll call her Red. I've known Red since the 6th grade (I am almost 20 now). When we were in the 7th grade, I fell head-over-heels for this boy we'll call Blue. I pursued Blue for about three years, because I was infatuated. And through all the s**t I went through over that, Red was there, Red knew everything about how much pain I went through over Blue. Fast-forward to now. I am engaged to a wonderful man who I love more than anything. Red and Blue have been friends for a while. Red said over and over she'd never be with Blue. And today, I found out Red ******** Blue (today, in fact). She told me this after I saw a hickey on Blue's neck. And it hurts me. Is it wrong that it hurts so much?

No, the feelings you have is not wrong at all. Your friend knew that you liked Blue, she should've said something to you before having sex with him [even though she said she'd never be with Blue]

THE HIV i wouldn't end a friendship that lasted so long over a ********, but i can completely understand. that would hurt me a lot, as well. i'd give her a good talking to. that's what i'd do. u___u It used to be a good friendship. Over the years, she pretty much ditched me and another friend for other, "cooler" friends. We've grown apart, and now that this has occurred, I believe she just isn't worth hanging on to.
