  Keira stood behind Azule and pushed on his butt with all her might. "Oh, come on! I know you're not a "meet the family" kind of guy, but your going to have to meet them sometime!"

Aule spread his front and back legs as he dug his paws into the ground and said, "Nope. Civil disobidience Az will not be moved. YOU'LL NEVER TAKE ME ALIVE!" And with that the blue male jumped into the brush and crawled away on him tummy. Unless Kiera knew him well, which she most likley did, she'd never find him, which she likley would.
That's what kinda scared him.

The moment Azule leapt into the brush, she knew his plan.
Running around the other way, she stopped right before one of his paws gently over-lapped hers.
She leaned down to the point where she was able to lock eyes with him.
"I don't think so, babe. Your not going to get away that easy."
Keira stood back up and pulled at his fur softly, but nudgingly.
"Now, come on, they're expecting us!"
Knowing this statement wouldn't make a difference to Azule, she added,
"do you really want them to make PRE-judgements of you?"
She stopped pulling to give him the look.

Azule was about to make a comeback when he made the mistake of looking at her. He opened his mouth several times before she sighed adn muttered, "Don't expect me to act nice." He dropped his head a mosied behind Kiera. "If they say I'm no good there will be consequences."

Her eyes softened as she nudged his head up.
"I'm sure they'll love you, okay?...
and if they don't, pay no attention to them, because I do,
and that's all that matters."
Keira smiled slyly yet sweetly before she leaned over and gently kissed Azule.
"Let me show them who I fell in love with."

[co=blue]Azule Fought off a smile and shook his head. He sighed a got up, saying, "We'll, if it'll make you happy... I guess it wouldn't kill me." He smiled his dashing half-smile and nuzzles her. "So, where are we meeting them anyway?"

Keira tried to look innocent. "At home?.."
She looked up ahead and saw her parents at the mouth of the cave.
"Hey look! There right there!" She hoped her trying to seem happy and excited would rub off even a teensy bit on Azule.
She didn't think it was working. Liliana was having the same hard time inside the cave, trying to convince Haruki that this meeting would be fine. "Now please remember, he is just a boy. You can not kill him for showing interest in your daughter..."

"Oh yes I can." He joked and nuzzled Liliana but inside his mind he was going out of his mind. He really wanted to grab his daughter and seal her inside the cave or something like that. Anything to keep her away from boys.

Dad!"
Keira rushed over and hugged her mother and father tightly
before returning to her stance next to Azule.
"I would like you to meet Azule!
Azule, this is my mother and father."

Azule puffed himself up to make himself look tougher than he felt. He didn't do domestic. It wasn't his thing. He'd rather take the girl and just leave it at that. He hated this idea. He did from the start. The mother he figured he could charm, but the father... looking at him only worried him more. But he sauntered up to Kiera and nodded curtly to Haruki and gave a softer nod/bow of the head to Liliana. "A pleasure to meet you both," he said in a voice deeper than his own.

Liliana placed her paw gently over Haruki's in hopes in would calm his nerves. Then she walked over to Azule and gave him a big hug. "It's so nice to finally meet you! Keira's told us so much about you!" Noticing the tension between the two males already, she added "Oh! Don't worry about him, he's a big softie on the inside." She smiled and them all and welcomed them inside the cave. "Are you guys hungry? Have you eaten already?"
Keira on the other hand, was a bit oblivious to the tension that still lay in the air between them. She was so giddy and excited and so very proud of Azule she was basically prancing on the spot. She kissed Azule on the cheek before entering the cave. "I love you." she whispered in his ear.
As she passed her father, she also gave him a kiss on the cheek. She was still Daddy's little girl deep inside. "I love you Daddy!" she squealed.

Haruki didn't look all that happy, he did try for his daughter's sake to put his best foot forward but it was sooo hard. He didn't like the look or sound of this guy but somewhere in his 'mostly unused' rational side of his brain, he knew that he would think the same to any boy she would bring home. He hugged his daughter and kissed he forehead with the first hug she gave him. When Liliana, spoke Haruki, looked into Azle's eyes and said in a low voice. "I'm only a softie to my family, which you are not."

"I'm not here to impress or suck up to anyone, so threats aren't gonna work." The words spilled from Azule's throat. He groaned inwardly. Way to be a social butterfly. This was why he didn't socialize much. He didn't take well to intimidation. He froze for half a second before he took a tentative step forward. He wasn't about to act submisive, but dying wasn't a good idea, so he was careful. "Sir, I'm afraid I'm only hear becasue you're daughter asked me to be. As a hopeful for her mate I did so happily. But I won't act differently because I want you approval."

Haruki didn't growl, he wouldn't loss his temper, not now anyways. "Watch your tongue. There is a different between respect and sucking up." He waited for the young, gruff minya to finish. "Good because the way your going you'll never get it for one and two, I was just stating a face before. Your not my family so I won't be soft on you."

"Respect must be earned sir. It doesn't matter that your Keira's father when it comes to that fact. You must earn it, as I must yours." He held his head high and took another tentative step. "And last I checked Keira's mate was her decision, not yours. You made your desicion, you mated with your mate. Now it's Kiera's turn. You can't pupetter her forever." His voice remained steady and low. It had a respectful tone with a rebellious bite to it.
