Tanis ~History~
Tanis was born into a small family group that lived next to the sea. He had a twin brother. His colors were inverted to those of his brother but their personalities meshed so well together. Life was fairly easy on the shore, but things took a turn for the worse one fateful day. He and his brother were out goofing off in the surf. Tanis stuck somewhat closer to the shore, but his brother, the slightly braver of the two, had wandered out farther.
The water was getting increasingly choppy and the sky had begun to turn a stormy gray. In the middle of their game of tag, his brother's splashing ceased. Tanis looked around and saw no trace of his twin. He called out and took to searching in the slightly shallower waters. His screaming and frantic splashing drew out his parents, his aunt, and an older cousin. Tanis was about to go try to swim out to try to find his brother. His cousin restrained him and his family simply drug him out of the surf to go inside.
"He's been washed out to sea." "He must have drowned." "The seas were getting rough, it's a miracle that you weren't taken too."
He hated that they stopped him. Only his mother seemed to share his distress. She kept looking out towards the sea, a look of worry on her face. Once the storm passed, the teen gathered up his belongings and headed out on his own. He grew. He learned things on his own. He thrived.
~Personality~
Silly, easy going, and patient, Tanis enjoys what life has to give and tries to keep a fairly optimistic view of things. In his youth he experienced the loss of his twin brother which effected him deeply. He withdrew and struck out on his own, taking to travelling around in lieu of living with his family. He built himself up afterwards and promised himself and his brother, where ever he or his spirit may be, that he would take care of or protect those that needed it. On occasion his memories of the past cause him to be gloomy for a bit, but never long if he gets comforted or he meditates on things.

"Siko"- My adoptive son or little brother. I haven't really decided. He came to me as just a tiny thing. I've loved watching him grow. He makes me so proud.
Helios- The wolftaur mate of an acquaintence. He was very protective over her. It was aggrivating.
Oranoco- An acquaintence. She seemed nice. We haven't really talked in a while.
~Other~
- He doesn't mind letting Lumia knock him around. o3o
- He still hopes to learn the true fate of his twin.

Loreena [Loreena Uncert]~History~
The only daughter of a poet and a shepardess, Loreena spent her childhood in the high mountains surrounded with poems, songs, and sheep. It was a very happy existance. Her father fuelled her love of stories and her mother built her desire to work around the home. As she grew older, she began to wander farther and farther from home until the day she decided that she was ready to strike out on her own. She built a simple home high in the mountains and thrived there.
On one of her excursions to one of the more major markets on the Isles, the centauress sort of literally ran into a fair coated cervi with a sheepish disposition named Inanna. They spent most of that day together simply talking and shopping around the marketplace. They remain in contact to this day.
One spring not too long ago, Loreena travelled down from the high mountains to enjoy the warmth of a lower elevation springtime, and to escape the mud brought on by some early melt water. She was simply wandering around singing aloud to herself when someone answered her singing. Another female of her race. They got to talking and got along extremely well. That was Aurora and she was hooked from that day forward.
~Personality~
Loreena is welcoming, if somewhat cautious upon first meeting a new taur. If she likes the other's first impression, she warms right up to them. She enjoys keeping herself busy and has the tendency to look almost sad if she has nothing to hold her interest. Lore greatly enjoys living and experiencing new and interesting things. Loyal and protective of those she holds dear, she is a good friend to have around.

Inanna [Inanna Uncert]~History~
Inanna grew up the youngest of four daughters. Her father came and went throughout her childhood for reasons she never could understand. She cared for him, but it seemed he'd be there then a few days or weeks down the line, he'd be gone again. So, for the most part, it was Inanna, her three older sisters, and her mother. The fair youngster stood in stark contrast to her sisters and mother, whose colors were more vibrant and natural.
As they grew, there was increasing amounts of tension between her and her two eldest siblings. They thought themselves better and to important to bother with their youngest sibling. Inanna took it personally and it hurt her. As a toddler and young girl, they had been her role models, along with their mother, and she had tried to imitate their actions to earn their smiles and attention. Before too long, the older two of the four left their little encampment to go find themselves and to start lives with some dashing cervitaur somewhere far from home.
She had always been quiet, more one to speak with actions rather than words.
~Personality~
Inanna is a rather shy cervi, who is quick to smile and trust. She blushes and stutters somewhat when flustered or embarrassed. Sometimes prone to getting lost in her thoughts and humming softly to herself various tunes that correspond with her current mood at the time.

Lorenna - A centauress that I met at a marketplace. We hit it off pretty well and remain in close contact as often as we can manage.

Faria ~History~
Faria was born and raised in a colony near the coast. She was one of three daughters born to her mother and she didn't know her father. It was a fairly sizeable colony so there were plenty of other youngsters to play with. One of her playmates and friends, just so happened to be Makani, a vivid male now of the mountain colony. The nagas attacked the coastal colony and many were kill, but a handul managed to escape, Faria and Makani among them.
They lost touch with each other for quite some time. Makani was taken into a new colony, while Faria was on her own for a while, managing to live out of a fissure in the mountainside by herself. Being the social creature she is, Faria soon felt the urge to seek out a colony to join. The appoaching winter also kicked her need to the forefront of her plans. As luck would have it, a party of the mountain colony was out and the black and green harpy seized her chance. She made her presence known and polite asked to come along. Makani vouched for her and she was invited back to the colony. She's been living there quite happily since...

~Personality~
In short, Indi is relatively quiet and content to keep himself occupied. If it weren't for the fact that two gregarious, mischievous females attached themselves to him, he'd probably never go out. He enjoys reading and tea, which he sometimes mixes himself.

When it's too hot (Which is extremely hot. For a fair fellow he can tolerate a lot of sun.) or too cold

~Relationships~
The naga sisters, Manadis and Soldis - They sort of just showed up one day and haven't left me alone since. They're an interesting pair, sometimes behaving exactly the same and sometimes acting like, well, day and night. They kinda scare me sometimes, but overall I don't think that they're terribly bad girls.
Manadis managed to get Indi in the sack one night and found herself in the family way. Being the ever-so busy souls they are, and the fact that they outnumber Indi two to one, he was unanimously appointed the man-mama for the resulting eggs.
