All getting into awkward limbs and angles as he was, Mik shoved one slender hand into the intruding Levi's face. "Mhhnwhassit?" He squinted up at Levi, taking a moment for at least one eye to adjust to the dark of the room. "S'night..." he mumbled, groaning. Nevertheless, he propped himself up on his elbow and rubbed his eyes to clear the sleep from them. Although the hour was a little bit extreme even for Levi, he was well used to after midnight visits from the pirate, especially living within easy reach in a spare bedroom at Aki's. Levi thrived in the dark. Well, really, Levi thrived anywhere where there as a sense of mystery or adventure.

It wasn't until he sat up fully, scratching at his tummy through a tattered t-shirt he wore for pajamas, that he noticed Levi's peculiar dress. "Slacks? Dresshirt?" He raised an eyebrow in disbelief. "You get married or sommin?" He chuckled a bit, stretching and blinking as his eyes adjusted.

"Business?" Mik looked over to squint at a glowing alarm clock. "4:30 business?" He narrowed his eyes skeptically, ruffling his hand through his hair into some semblance of order as he tried to think of what reputable business would be open at 4:30 in the morning. "Levi....hookers 'rnt business."

Nevertheless, he rose from bed, stretching sleepworn limbs as he moved to the dresser to rifle for clothing. "Dress clothes..." He remembered having one set, but where had he put them? They were likely at the bottom of a drawer or packed away. And the chance that they still fit was slim.

Mik raised an eyebrow and glanced back at the pirate. "Th'harbor? Really?" He rubbed the back of his head and wondered absently why as he pulled out a pair of chinos and a white button-down shirt, figuring -rather correctly- that they'd be the closest he had to dress clothes that still fit. Jostling the pants over his boxers, he hopped on one leg, trying to get them up properly.

"You're gonna get that nice shirt wrinkly."

"See what all? I don't have one. Unless you mean the Feathers." He paused a moment and scratched his chin as he tried to think of what Levi might want to see that was at the harbor before dawn. "Levi. Expensive hookers are still hookers."

Mik's eyes widened comically. "A boat?? Wheredidju...Aki give you moneys?" He skittered quickly back into the room to grab his jacket from where it hung on a bedpost, slipping it on as he jogged to catch up with the already moving Levi.

His mind swirled with enthusiasm before taking a sharp nosedive. "...this mean you'll be leaving?"

Mik's eyes widened, then he flushed with pleasure. But his brows drew a bit together uncertainly. "But I can't..." Why couldn't he? He did his own schooling, he was estranged after a sort from Raife as it was...and he couldn't be safer than on the seas. "I.....are we leaving now???!!"

"We...should say...bye..." Nevertheless, Mikhael dutifully let himself be dragged along after the pirate "Don't you need a license or something...oh, right, pirate." After a minute or so of hesitant dragging, he walked easily beside Levi. "We do need clothes, Levi. Underwear, 'least." He wrinkled his nose a bit at the thought. "Anni'd like to lettem know where I was goin."

The walk to the harbor was a bit long, so when they hit town, he advised a hitch on the back of a truck. As the truck came to a stop at a red light, he settled on the fender, hooking his arm around the back of a steel bar making a frame for the truck, for safety.
