first create your strongest fldr ever with either bass or bass anly chip as your giga chip and with all your strongest mega chips at SP use your strongest chips and or your strongest Program Advances I recommend the
Power Wave3 I think? (with all the wave arm3's), equip a Bust Pack and with additional Atk+1 ,Charge+1 and Speed+1 so you buster is at max ,in Gregar I used Elec Cross and in Falzar I used Spout Cross because you'll need speed and Range for this also the best chip combo I used to beat him was
Area Grab + Dbl Point + Super Vulcan + Atk+30 + BEAST...
I think that was 60 + 20 + 30 + 30 times 10= 1400 DMG!!!!!!!!!!!!
AND THE MOST IMORTANT THING SO YOU CAN SURELY HIT HIM IS TO USE THE START BUTTON so like you can like FREEZE ,PLAY ,FREEZE ,PLAY the movement of Bass that was like my Ultimate cheat Hehehehehe rofl

In Gregar I used Elec Soul and added Paralying effect on every attack. And I used body guard mrgreen

well it took me lots of times to beat him first i used 2 area grabs then a double point(oh and i had a full synchro)i had 2 atk 30 for my basschip then i used it and BAMM bye bye bass!

Bass BX is easy. Double area grab, body guard+white capsule. When Body Guard runs out Life sword + white capsule.
