After reuniting with her mother and spending some time with Draven's little ones she had wandered off again, finding that her thoughts were guiding her down paths that she had not traveled in some time. The forest was warm now with Spring's arrival, even as the sun began to set.
Of course, things changed by nightfall. The woods darkened and she called in her wings, letting the soft glow guide her through the path she had chosen until she came to a clearing that she could pass the night in.

The amethyst colored orbs blinking back from the reflection in the water, finally removed themselves from the rippling waves, and took her attention to the fireflies fluttering around her.
She loved fireflies. They reminded her of Ciro. The stallion she loved more than she loved herself.
That was a feat, though. Naina was very soft, but she tended to protect herself over worrying about anyone else.. It was how she was raised..
But her family was someone she'd protect till the death.
Her thoughts of family, reunited her mind with the thought of her mother. She had heard mother was back.. but she had yet to come and visit Naina, though Naina had gone on a search to find the Alicorn.

Sighing softly she closed her eyes, tilting her head towards the sky. While she had seen her mother and the rest of her surrogate family she had not seen the two that she had shared a womb with; her brother and her sister. Odd, it seemed, that she had seen Naina more often than she had her brother, even though she had been raised alongside the latter. She wondered at that moment how her sister was doing...

Her heart had mended, from so much pain of her foalhood, and she had become accustomed to not getting along with her brother [even if he did seem to be toleratering her more when she last saw him] or her sister. The two whom were her blood, she saw rarely, though she saw her sister quite a bit, she would always like to see her more.
Naina was very oriented with family. She longed for love, and that quest had driven her to the hooves of her lovely mate.
She would start a family one day. She would have her very own family to love and raise..
Speaking of her mate and sister..She'd have to have the two meet sometime. After all, both were important in her life.
But her braids flitted about in the wind, as the moon shined on her back, giving her a nice glow about her.
She wasn't looking for anyone in particular..She never really did..But she always could find an interesting character off on her own.. She tended to do it often.

Glancing up she smiled as a familiar frame came into view. A pale blue body with black mane much like her own... "Naina!" Her smile brightened as she turned to trot towards her sister. "I was just thinking about you!"

She hadn't even really left her 'home' yet, before she had been called to by such a familiar voice.
She had left Cirocco at home, in the warm cave of which they would sleep during the day, and leave at night. Well, Ciro had been feeling excessively tired, so he'd been ordered by, a very persistant little mare, to go back to sleep.
She smiled, her eyes bright and happy as Memory came into her view.
"Mems!" She called, racing to her, and offering her a gentle nuzzle.
"I was actually, just thinking about you as well, actually! What a small world."
She beamed.

"No, the world is more big than small." She laughed as she returned the nuzzle, smiling brightly. "We... Well, we are just lucky." She nodded as she stepped back so that she could better see her sister. "How are you, Naina?"

Naina smiled, knowing she had a secret that Memorywould beso excitedabout..Memorywasgoing to be an Aunt, and no one knew yet.. Not even their father.
Ciro was the only one who knew of the pregnancy, and Naina turned to the side to show off her large belly. Giving a knowing grin to her sister, she offered a wink.
"Well..Ive gained alot of weight.."

Her eyes went wide as she took a step back, turning her head to better eye her sister's body. "Naina!" She danced on her hooves with delight, a bright smile curving her lips. "You're going to be a mother! That's wonderful! Oh, I'm so happy for you. Are you excited? How is your mate taking it? Does..." Her brow furrowed slightly. "... Does Father know?"

Naina smiled at her sisters smile. It was indeeda happy time for the little mare. She couldnt wait to have her young ones join the world.
"You're going to be an aunt!"
Shesaid, a sing song echo floating through hervoice.
Shedidnt remember the last time she was so happy.
"Uh, not yet... Havent quite seen him since his own hooves were foal with our half siblings. Which, by the way, have arrived!"
Memory would needto meet Julian someday.. That was for sure.

"I'm going to be an aunt... You're going to be a mother." She smiled brightly once more, ignoring talk of their father and his foals for the moment. "I bet you'll be a wonderful mother... The stallion had better be a wonderful father too."

Ciro was going to be the perfect daddy, and she was exstatic to know that soon she would have the foals her and her mate had dreamt of forever.
She smiled softly.
"Oh he is.. Id love you to meet him, really I would.. And I want my foals to know their aunt.. Would you like to be close with them?"
She asked. If yes, she would make sure that the foals took time with their Aunt Memory. If no, then she would not take it to heart, after all, she'd have her hands full of the foals anyway!
But she smiled.
"I want them to know the most important Soquili in my life. You being at the top of my list, along with Daddy."

"Of course, Naina! Foals are so..." She paused for a moment, trying to find the perfect word to describe it. "Well, when they first come out of the basket it's like... Like watching a butterfly unfold its wings for the first time. It takes your breath away... And then they take their first step, and from there it's just a whirlwind." She had learned so much from helping Draven and Kochu'akai with their three. She would do anything to help her sister if she wanted or needed it.
"I can't wait to meet them, Naina." She smiled brightly.

Perfect expression. A butterfly expanding its wings? Considering her mate is a moth<33]]
Naina smiled, obviously happy and excited and overjoyed that her sister had accepted it. She loved Mem alot, and her joy was doubled when Memory was excited about it.
"But enough of my life! How are you fairing? How is mother? How is Trev?"
She felt awful not having asked earlier, but shed been so excited!

Her smile faded for a moment at the questions, gaze lowering to the grassy ground. "I... Haven't seen Trev in a while now. He left not long after Mother did..." She shook her head slowly. Every now and then she looked up to the sky, saying a prayer to the spirits for the brother that was out there somewhere. "Mother... Seems very happy. She's met someone; a good someone... Not that Father isn't a good someone, just... A good someone for her."
