 Patty sat under the shade of a great Oak tree, looking out at the beautiful park scene. There were a few other Namrah around, as there always were at the park; it was a nice place to spend a day, and to meet others of course. She had come here in hopes of meeting someone. She was feeling a little bored and lonely, and wanted someone to spend some time with.

 Pepper was wandering through the park. He was looking for some fun. It had been a while since he had had fun. Now what kind of fun? That he was unsure of, maybe something would come to him...
Just then Pepper saw a pretty green, white and brown female namir. "Hey!" He said, she looked like maybe she needed company. "You know anything fun to do?"

Patty's ears perked up when someone approached her with conversation. She had been scoping the park for someone to talk to, but she hadn't expected anyone to come to her. She turned to see who was talking to her and found herself staring into the eyes of a snowy white male with red and green markings. He was pretty cute, but it was his eyes that really caught her attention. They were purple, and they really stood out.
"Wow...you've got intense eyes!" She laughed and then answered his question. "Well, sure! I know lots of fun things to do! My name's Patty by the way. Who might you be?"

Pepper blinked, "Really, I do?" He hadn't heard that before. A small blush streaked across his face for a breif second. "I'm Pepper." He said with a smile. "What kinds of fun things do you like to do? I'm up for anything!"

Patty grinned at him, "Yeah, ya sure do! You're pretty cute too!" She gave him a little wink and then said, "Nice to meet you Pepper." She turned around so that she could face the lake, her tail swishing gently behind her. "Well, on days like this...swimming is always fun. You up for a little dip?"

The red color streaked his face again, "Well, you are pretty cute yourself." He wasn't lying she really was pretty. Pepper followed her gaze, "Swimming? Sounds good to me."

Patty giggled at his comment. "Thanks!" she replied, winking at him again.
"Alright! Lake, here we come!" She turned her gaze toward Pepper. "I'll race ya!"

"Alright then, the race is on!" Pepper said as he took off toward the lake. He had a big grin on his face, he was already having more fun than five minutes ago. He was sure glad he talked to the pretty girl.

Patty laughed and also took off toward the lake. He was a little bit ahead of her, but slowly she was managing to close the gap. She was almost running beside him now, and she looked over at him. He was smiling, and it made her smile as well. They were about to reach the lake, and she wondered who would be the first to jump in.

Pepper smiled as the girl cuaght up. He steadied his pace so that they ran together and reached the water at the same time. "Cannonball!" Pepper shouted as he jumped and tucked his feet under. He splashed into the water and swam back up to see where Patty went.

Patty laughed and skidded to a stop when they reached the waters edge. A few drops of water from Pepper's cannon ball fell on her. She waited till he came back to the surface and then steadied herself. Then she leaped into the water, landing a cannon ball of her own right next to him.

Pepper cover his eyes with his paw and then laughed as she splashed him. "Great cannonball!" Pepper said after she re-surfaced. Pepper paddled the water, "What should we do now? You know any good water games?"

"Thanks!" she said, grinning at her success at getting him wet, not that he wasn't we already, but it was still fun.
She swam around on her back, paddling gracefully and smoothly while she thought of something to do. Then she got an idea. "Why don't we see if we can find treasure on the bottom of the lake...if we can hold our breath that long that is."

Pepper smiled, "You're welcome." He swam behind her, not as gracefully, but he didn't really mind that.
"Treasure? Cool!" Pepper took a long deep breath and then winked before he dove under. He swam toward the bottom, wondering if he really could make to the bottom with one breath.

Patty batted her eyelashes and blushed a little at his wink. She then watched him for a second and then took a deep breath herself. She then went in after him, wondering how far down the bottom would be. She didn't make it very far before she came up again. She laughed at herself and then thought it might be a good idea to find a shallower area of the lake.
