Okay, so the announcements and decrees page was vaguely . . . overrun with random conversation and general nonsense. To address that problem, I created a brand-new subforum for our Random Joy. There was just a lot of clutter. If people hate it massive amounts, I'll switch things back to the way they were, but for now, we're trying for ORGANIZATION.
