Sika walked into his office, two female genin following him. "Well, this is where most of your training will take place." he said.

Arisa looked around. doesn't look like a training place "Heh...okay." She crossed her arms , and let her long red fall into her eyes.

"You don't seem like a person that would want to be a medic." Sika said to Arisa. "I'm sorry to question your motives, but why do you want to become a medic?"

Arisa looked at him. "Well..um...I've lived with just my brother because my parents died in battle. Since then i knew that if i could do anything, anything at all to prevent that, because...the would've..would've..."She choked on the words. Seh never liked talking about this. "lived and not died if there was an extra medic nin. So many people would still be alive if there was one or two more medic nins. and i just want to do something that would help, that would cuase less kids to grow up how i did. for less people to live without people they loved." Arisa's eyes started to tear up

Sika knew that most people became medic because of reasons like this, and most people would find his methods harsh, but Sika wanted to know if Arisa had a good enough reason. He walked up to the genin and lovingly placed his hand on her head. "Do you want to know something? The reason I wanted to become a medic isn't that far from yours." he said.

"Not at all." Sika's face turned from warm to stern when he recalled the reason he became a medic. "When I was 5...I was forced to watch my parents be killed...My clan has been hunted down and killed. There aren't many of us left. My mother was the last female in the clan. A few years later, after I had seen starvation, deprivation, and depression, I vowed to help those who needed it, and heal those who were sick. I would not allow someone else to go through what I have." he said.

"Most medics have a reason to be in that field. Most of them have seen loved ones die in their arms or close to it. Medics usually have the harshest past of all." Sika said.

"No, a few of them don't have a real reason, they just want to help people, which is a good enough reason as any, but most medics have a horrible past. Take the Fifth Hokage for example. She was the worlds best medic in her time, and she had her brother die, and her lover died while she was trying to heal him." Sika said.
