uh... From what i've been told and kinda experienced, Region does matter.
usually, DVDs coming from Japan (or a part of Asia in general) are all Region 2. if your computer can be setted and has the option of being all Region... set it to that, or set it to Region 2 (but be warned! you can only set your computer's DVD player so many times) but if you plan to watch it via DVD player (hooked up to a TV kind)... make sure your player can view it in Region 2 or all Region.
hope that helps some. sweatdrop

I'm sure Decomposition Beauty is in NTSC format, that can be played by any DVD player, well at least mine is.

crazy_chibi I'm sure Decomposition Beauty is in NTSC format, that can be played by any DVD player, well at least mine is. I'm hoping it is... I guess all I can do is hope I can play the DVD on my DVD player even though its a region 1... I was concerned because I bought the DVD off Amazon and later I noticed on YesAsia it said it was a region 2 DVD. I think what I might have to do is email the people I bought it from...

From my personal experiences I can't watch DVDs on my T.V., I have to watch them on my computer. When I put the DVD in my computer a screen automatically popped up saying that my computer was currently in the wrong code and if I wanted to change that setting. So hopefully your computer will do the same thing, if you have to do that that is. :3 So either way you will probably be able to watch the DVD on your computer if all else fails.

No, I actually live in South America xDD but my DVD player was bought in North America, so I'm assuming it's a region 1 or either region free... Um... yes, Duckster's right, if it doesn't work you can always watch it on your computer. C:

Right, it's like I come for the music but I stay for the fanservice... : D What really made me buy it though was the end credits where Aoi totally grabs Uru's n****e... xDDD I replayed that part like 15 times.
