oh my god, I actually waited to ask you how it went. I assumed that it would definately be hard for people to see someone fill in for hide; but I can imagine that the show was awesome and heart touching all the same.

Yea, the show I went to, the one one the 30th, was amazing. But the first show, the one on the 28th, was 2 hours late to start because of technical difficulties, and Yoshiki collapsed 8 songs into the show
sad Sugizo was who filled in as hide. Also in the background they had clips of hide. There was another added guitarist... umm I'll ask my mom his name..
She says there was 2 other than Sugizo that also played in the show with X. she only knows ones name, Richard Fortus of Guns N' Roses. The other was from the band Black Light Burns but not sure of his name.
Those clips are from the show on the 28th, so thats why there is only 8 songs. Sadly I think thats the only show they filmed for the DVD release so they might cancel the dvd release, not sure.
They had also said in the news a few days ago that X Japan will be playing maybe in France on July 5, and in Japan again on May 3rd & 4th at the Hide Memorial Summit, along with Dir en Grey, Luna Sea, and other bands.
