Greets. Around about May, a couple of my friends and I are chipping together to but and subscribe to WoW. We've decided to be Trolls from the Horde, one of my friends a Rouge, another a Hunter, and I am going to be a Warrior. Also deciding to play on a PvP server, so we can battle other players. So I'm asking, what're some good things to start out on? What are some good skills to level up, or trades to master? Is there a place in the PvP server where nerbs/n00bs can go to level up without being mercilessly killed? Does anyone else play WoW? What do you like most about WoW? Thanks.

 Well, first, good choice in race template. Trolls are kickass for melee classes.
Secondly, I do NOT suggest playing on a PvP server if it's your first time playing WoW. You will get maimed slaughtered and otherwise killed at any level after 20(as the PvP areas start around level 20 or so).

The expasntions killed it wayyyy to hardkore it was so fun in the begining like pre BC and the Bc was alright i loved to pvp now its who can hit 1 faster :/
It sucks
I play guild wars all the time now haha

Don't play on a PvP server if its your first time. Seriously.
I like World Of Warcraft though I quit playing a while ago. I made some cool friends. I shared an account with my brother :3

I <3 WoW...Im alliance tho....but i dont play on a PvP server.....Thats one thing i cant stand is PVP. I Say Start on a PvE server just so u can learn the game and learn how to play your class and such. Playing on a pvp server really doesnt get you to really learn IMO. If/when your a higher level and you know your class well enough and also practiced in BGs and Arenas i think you should then Transfer to a PvP server. (its 25 to transfer but if its worthit if u like the PvP)
hell who knows after playing you might like to raid better. PvP is something you def need to get used to.....and also get used to dying lol. Im a resto druid so i HATE dying lol but in PvP they always target me automatically haha. But i say go for it PvP or PvE its a really great game.

Though costly...
I have no real time for it! Nor the want to spend money on it whilst dealing with college.

It's a MMO.
It's really intricate. :]
Though, I haven't actually played on the live servers for like EVER.
I mainly play on a freeshard called uthgard.

Not really a private realm.
It's like a free thing you can get that lets you play the game for free.
I have a friend on there that helped script Uthgard.
I played WoW for free as well, for a bit, but people are weird and I don't really like the way it plays. I switched back to DAoC promptly.
