tom brady or peyton manning both are some of the best qb's in the league but who is better? tom brady has won 3 superbowls manning won 1 but superbowl's arent every thing that just means your on a better team if manning was on the patriots they probaly would have won 5 superbowl's and would have easly got a perfect season the same could not be said for brady on the colts probaly no superbowl and no almost perfect season defintly no td record so in the end peyton is better

Both are the two best current QBs. Brady is better in some aspects, and Manning is better in other aspects.
...Tom Brady has the Super Bowl rings, and a great passer rating. He does not make many bad decisions, and almost always comes through in the clutch, with a game-winning drive.
...Peyton Manning is the smartest QB in the league, and can orchestrate his entire offense better than anybody. He has the mindset of a coach, and is accurate. He manages time well, and doesn't win many games in the stretch just because he beats the other team early.
In a close decision I would take Tom Brady by an inch, but I would absolutely love both on my team. Also, Brady is two years younger, yet has two more Super Bowl rings.

You have to admit, Peyton would be pretty badass with Welker, Moss, and Stallworth intsead of Reggie Wayne and a couple of mediocre receivers while Harrison was injured.

But Manning has the better running back in Addai, and also has good pocket protection. Harrison, Wayne, Gonzales, and Clark are all good targets.

I think it's funny how at least once a month a new, "Brady vs. Manning" topic is formed. I'm not saying there's anything bad about it, on the contrary, I think this rivalry is a great one that will no doubt go on well after both men have retired. But I will state what I've stated before.
You truly can't make a clear decision while both men are still in the prime of their careers. They both have their positives and negative aspects, and I'm sure when they have both retired the debates will live on. But saying who is the better QB now is like judging an Iron Chef competition while the meals are only half way done.

Since when was Addai a better runningback than Lawrence Maroney? They're both pretty equal in my opinion. And because the Patriots don't hand Maroney the ball means nothing. May I also mention that the Patriots have the superior defense as well? And how many times does Manning end up on his a** due to terrible protection from his line? A hell of a lot more than Brady does.
But Green Tea has a valid point. Their careers are far from over. And newer members never check to see if there was a topic like this already these days.

One, Addai is better than Maroney. Two, Idk if the Patriots defense is superiour, the colts did rank 1st in points aloud, 3rd in yards given, 2nd in yards passed on them, and 15th in yards rushed on them. The only thing the Patriots have on the Colts is yards rushed on them (10th) Third, I agree on this one, the Colts only O-line man is Jeff Saturday. But it's still very close on the line.

Yes, Addai is much better than Maroney (although Maroney is a good player). It may seem the other way around to him, because the Patriots have a great receiving back in Kevin Faulk too.
