 Hideaki had had a tough day; it was overly warm and he'd been unable to make any good pranks all morning! For some reason they just kept back firing on him and he couldn't figure out why.
Snorting and growling a bit, he lept up onto a big rock in the middle of the forest he'd wandered into and swished his tail around as he sat. He stared hard at a tree, hoping that a brilliant prank would jump out at him.

Haruki was having a quiet day to him self. Liliana was having a day out with the kids by her self so he could alone time. Something every parent needs every now and then. For once he wasn't using his wings which was weird for him but Keyla's flying lesson where murder on him, so walking was actually nice for once. He walked down the rock mountain path looking for the lake.

Sighing, Hideaki used a paw to brush over the tips of the long grass below him, bored. He was coming up with nothing even remotely good or interesting to attempt to pull. Today just really wasn't his day....
His ears perked and he lifted his head to where he could hear steps. He knew there was a path that went through a short ways from here. Slowly a grin spread across his muzzle and he snuck his way towards the trail, climbing a tree and laying in wait to see if someone would walk underneath him.

Haruki hummed a happy little tune was he went. It was so good to beable to hear your own thoughts again. He forgot what life was like with out kids. "I wonder what their doing now...I should let Lily have a day off tomorrow." He thought out loud. The crystal clear sparkling lake came into view now and he broke out into a run.

Hideaki grinned as the male came into sight, and without hesitation, lept on top of the clearly larger Minya in a surprise attack. "HAHA!" He yelled out at it became too late to escape.

Haruki legs buckled up the new and unexpected weight. "AHH!" He fall to the ground with an 'ouff' "KEYLA WHAT HAVE I TOOK YOU ABOUT TACKLING!!" He yelled as an instant reaction even though he knew she was now where near here. He cranked his head over his shoulder and on instinct expected to see his daughter there but instead it was someone new. A gray boy with a coat. "Umm who are you? and why are you on my back?"

Hideaki was laughing hard enough to have tears rolling down his grey, furry cheeks. That had worked out perfectly! Still laughing, he rolled off of the other male onto his back on the ground. "That.... that was great!"
After a few more minutes of laughing, he finally was able to slowly stop, breathing heavily. "I'm Hideaki.... and I did it because it looked like it would be funny. I was totally right about it!"

Haruki raised a brow at the odd youth on his back. Where were his parents? "Hideaki was it? Well I would like to say that I'm pleased to met you but I'm still not sure about that." He stood up and shook the dirt from his fur and refolded his wings. "I'm Haruki by the way. Do you always do this stuff?"

Hideaki grinned. "That was by far the best prank for today!" He was grinning from ear to ear at this point, excited at the thought that maybe he'd gotten over his little problem.
"Oh yeah, I always do this stuff, it's fun! Its nice to meet you, Haruki, sorry if I surprised you a bit, it was just too perfect of a moment!"

Hideaki sweatdroped; to be honest, he really hadn't thought that far ahead. "Well.... I dunno, probably plot some more awesome pranks.... What are you going to do?!" He grinned, planing on following the other male to see if there'd be anything interesting.

Haruki smirked. "I get the day to my self. I plain on enjoy today and me thinks I'll start it off down by the lake. I hear there are some great fish down there. Did you know that?" Haruki started to walk towards the lake again.

Hideaki's ears perked at the mention of fish. "Really now? What a coincidence, I love those squirmy little creatures!" He grinned, showing his teeth a little. "I'll join you!"

"Well then, your a lucky one today then aren't cha." He chuckled on his way down to the water that was now in view. It was should a lovely day, Haruki spent the walk to the waters edge in silence. He watched as a butterfly flew over head. A thought popped into his head then. When did I get so mellow!? He looked to the boy next to him and cocked an eye brow, he pursed his lips in thought. With his wing tip he whacked the boy on his side. "Tag you it boy!" He yelled and took off running into the water.

Hideaki had been completely unexpectant of being whapped on his side, and he literally let out a yelp and jumped, stumbled a bit, then wound up face first in the dirt. Getting up, he brushed the dirt from his fur, then looked around to see where the other male had gone. Grinning, he shrugged out of his jacket and bound into the water after him. "Oh, I'm going to get you now!"
