Okay, I decided to make a SSB thread for the guild in honor of the new Super Smash Bros. Brawl game. Here you can talk about SSB, SSBM, and SSBB. You can share experiences, records, memories, techniques, favorites characters, pictures, whatever. As long as it's Smash Bros. related, it's okay.

Okay seriously, I think its time to bring up one of the games most intense features, no not the subspace emissary adventure,I'll save that for later, what I'm talking about are the FINAL SMASH moves. Some are wicked awesome in appearence and fatality, while others... not so much.
Mario's final smash is wicked! awesome power and awesome looks. simply awesome.
Samus's super lazer is another super awesome attack too.


but moves like D.K.'s bongo drums... WTF! thats lame on so many levels, it's easy to avoid, its not the powerful, and it looks stupid.
Peach's final smash.... well..... no attack.... snore.
The Worst is R.OB. omg, this is useless! I swear the only reason to get final smash as R.OB. is to keep the other player from getting it.

Link's move is cool and pretty strong, but it only works if you can execute it properly. if your opponent is too far or on the wrong side, it goes wasted.

What do you guys think?

here's my opinion on some things sad so, don't kill me for it)

1.Lucario's FINAL SMASH attack looks like a deadly search light. xd
2.Sonic's FINAL SMASH is just his version of Pikachu's.
3.Bowser looks like a over grown dinosuar in his FINAL SMASH.

and Luigi's final smash... well that's hilarious. just make sure you attack afterwards f=with a charged smash attack otherwise your normal boring punch will snap the enemy back to normal. oh, and Diddy kong's final smash.... whatever! really, Diddy Kong and Donkey got screwed when it comes to final smashes. Jiggypuff's final smashis actually quite effective, especially on small stages. simply pushes the enemys off the edges. simply but brillant.

pit actually as some very nice moves. a long distance one, a close range one, a reflective sheild, and a flying one which is good for those last minute save your falling butt moments. He's actually well rounded. His final smash sends an army of cupid things shooting your enemies full of stingy arrows. not super effective, but hell-a-annoying on the recieving end. He kinda fills in for roy in way.... look here.

Okay this isn't specifically about SSB, but there's this guy who makes comics, and they are hilarious. and alot of them are about... SUper Smash Bros.! So I feel that tis is the appropriate place to post them. there's a few Zelda ones, but Link, Zelda, and the crew are in SSB so I'll let it slide.

okay, those are just some of my favorites. You can find ALL her works on her website, but you can find most of her comics on deviantart much faster. I know Neko will especially love these. Next post, I'll get back on topic with Smash Bros. oriented talk.
