Mr._Stabby I just hope it lives up to the hype they are giving it. I don't think Nintendo have really hyped it that much. It's the die hard fans that get themselves too hyped for the system. I epected Iwata to show the Rev' at the TGS 2005 since as the news of him being there was released.

Hello! scream
Isnt this just a rumor, for cryin out loud, this news was presented on a website that doesn't exactly speak the truth.
What I've heard is that in tha past they claimed alot of things but most of it turned out to be false. So be careful. Don't get too hyped up.

[ Nter ] Hello! scream Isnt this just a rumor, for cryin out loud, this news was presented on a website that doesn't exactly speak the truth. What I've heard is that in tha past they claimed alot of things but most of it turned out to be false. So be careful. Don't get too hyped up. It's part rumour, part fact, if I'm not mistaken. The Gamespot article I retrieved says that Mr. Iwata will be present at the Tokyo Games Show- this is an event in itself because Nintendo rarely even presents their stuff there, as odd as that may seem- but they also said that he was for sure revealing something (If they didn't outright say he was revealing the controller). 3nodding

Well, its pretty much 100% Iwata will be revealing all other features we dont' know about the Revolution, including games, controller, etc.
Why?
Iwata stated after E3 that he would reveal the controller and other things before the end of the year.
TGS is the perfect time to do it because there is no other huge events until E3. Plus, Japan is their main market.

It's a rumor, plain and simple. Don't just go ahead and assume it's true. You need clear-cut evidence first. 3nodding

TIMMYBWS Nice.....day...too...far... Well, I hope you can download GC games too =( or at least N64 The Cube gen is too close to the Rev' so expect no downloadable Cube games (also they are at leaset 3 times larger than the internal flash memory in the Rev) And your hope for N64 games is real.

They're planning on making shells for the remote. Classic style controllers like the GCN controller (and hopefully SNES) will be connectable to the remote. So you can play new school or old school!
