......height... Unnaturally tall, about 6"8
...weight... Lilitu seems to be entirely weightless so far...
...skin... Creamy and sensual, not quite pale, though not anywhere near olive.
...hair... She has swirling black smog for certain parts of her hair. The rest is thick and black.
...eyes... black and luminous lipstick-pink.
...other... Lilitu has candy-pink horns, several piercings in her pointed ears, and crow-like feathers sprouting down her arms. Her large wings and long, thin tail are also black, tainted with the slightest of lipstick pink.
...powers... Not powers as such. Lilitu is associated with storms and disease, and are vampiric towards women and children. Towards men, they are sexually predatory.
...disposition... From research, the Lilitu seem to be very sexual, yet aggressive and blood-thirsty creatures. As of recently summoning her, this is most definitely as accurate information as one could surmise. Lliitu has a quick temper, a nasty sense of humor, and a seemingly continuous hunger. So far no sexual connotations, despite the fact she is a nude manifestation.
...contract... In return for an unlimited food source, Lilitu will act as the driving force behind the Church of Lilith, by overseeing sacrifices to Lilith, encouraging panic in the town, and sitting in on all seminars.

...gender... Male.
...height... Around 6'2.
...weight... Skinny. About 56kg, despite his height.
...skin... Tanned olive, dirty-looking.
...hair... Greasy black, near-short.
...eyes... Dark brown, near-black.
...clothes... Jiran wears quite a lot of black, though not in the gothic way. He seems to prefer dressing "up" most of the time, and wears long sleeves and pants even during summer. He dislikes wearing neckties, however, as he finds them to leave him rather vulnerable to strangulation (or so he thinks)
...likes... Jiran doesn't really have many things he likes. And what his does 'like' is spooky, and unnatural or immoral. He also enjoys chocolate cake.
...dislikes... Now here's a subject we can talk more on. Jiran has a strong dislike for, what he calls 'common moral' such as 'good' religion, and decency. He also hates humanity, thinking it weak and completely reliant on their gods to save them. He also hates curry, and being mistaken for an indian man.

 THE LILITU
The demon Lilitu are described as being "associated with lions, storms, desert, and disease." Early portrayals of such demons are known as having Zu bird talons for feet and wings. They were highly sexually predatory towards men, but were unable to copulate normally. They were thought to dwell in waste, desolate, and desert places. They are vampiric creatures, and eat mainly children and women. Lilitu is also considered to be a demon prostitute, leading men astray and such. They are also associated with owls and serpents, and are the "Hand of Inanna."

 ...ABRIDGED VERSION...
As a child, there was heavy turmoil involving the sacred grounds where Jiran lived. Blaming the so-called "good" beings (angels, gods, jesus etc) Jiran quickly became reliant on the "evil" forces (demons, devils, lilith)
When he moved to the town which Daemonologie is based (gaia-ish, no?) he dedicated his time to the church. When it collapsed, due to being sprung for sacrifices etc, and was never reinstated, he felt that to summon a minion of Lilith would surge interest and power back into the church. To have the church back would give him back his "sacred" place, his place of worship, his sanctuary.
Also possibly some underlying evil uses for Lilitu (revenge on the "good" who faught over his home etc) could come up later as motivation in metaplot.
