As you approach the old cherry wood office door that leads into the known winged fox air pirates, you tend to notice that--unlike all the other doors in the hallway, this one had a special type of glass. Not the basic clear glass, but the frosted--rain droplet glass that seems to heavily blur out the vision of anyone who was sleazy enough to snoop around when the fox owners were out. Upon the door was the words "Winged Fox Air Pirates", and under that stated the office owners, "Mr. And Mrs. Martinez" in slightly smaller text. However, on a slighter closer inspection, as you gaze upon the door, time had seemed to stand still between where you stood to the entrance of the door. If only the fact that the scene kind of reminded you of those old detective movies... but it held not much of an effect on you after you decided to knock slightly before entering on your own accord.
When entering, your shoe hits the hard wooden floor with a loud sound that seems to echo all over the room. but it wasn't just by the door. For some reason, it was bordered all over the edge of the room for a good 6 feet with three different types of wood paneling placed carefully and evenly side by side. Cherry, Oak, and Birch. Perhaps it served a purpose for its existence before seeing the center of the room was taken by a custom, tightly woven peacock blue looking carpet, with an even lighter blue lining on the inside that formed the outlines of the well-known winged fox emblem. Indeed a nice touch.
The room itself may have been big, but inside there wasn't much put in. Apparently Mr. and Mrs. Martinez had taken advantage of the space more then what put in it. There was two cherry-wood office desks, facing each other at the furthest part of the room. Them alone looked to be a few hundred pounds each, and nothing to think twice about on what kind of income these two must have towards their den. Upon further inspection from the doorway, you spy that behind their desks, they each seemed to have there own bookcase, also made of cherry wood. Apparently these pirates had money, and wasn't afraid to show it. But if there was two people living here.. who's property was who's? There wasn't any name tag plates on the edge of their desks anywhere... but the desk on the right, which was apparently much more organized then the other, had a cup that looked as though was made by a child. Just a small hint that just might be Natalie's desk; Better known as Mrs.Martinez in this case.
Looking to your right, you spot more then just a pretty sight of wood, but apparently, and without notification... the pirates had apparently installed their own kitchen along the far wall. It had taken up almost the entire right wall with their chosen deluxe sets. Working fosset to the sink, a working stove, a refrigerator... with no doubt, all those cabinets had to hold many kinds of food and cooking gear to tend to whatever was needed. It was almost surprising. That alone made the room livable. But looking past the door to peek to the left, you see a wider view of Lepper's desk from the doorway. An XBox360 was hooded up apparently to his computer. How can anyone leave their office with that kind of entertainment?
There was two storage lockers behind Lepper's desk. One was red, and the other was blue. Suppose it was color-coded considering there was two people living in this room for the moment; then again the both of them did seem to stick to their own signature color due to the angel program that the foxes had organized long ago. As to who's was who's, it was probibly another hin that the plane model on Lepper's desk was blue, and the miniature model on top of Natalie's monitor was red might be a clue.
But when opening the door fully... you see that there was a huge empty space in the room that lead to a set of filing cabinets that was piled on top of each other in four perfect rows horizontal and vertical. All seeming to be held together by a brace, on the wall. Why would something like that be braced to the wall? Better yet--Why would there be such a big and empty space that lead only to filing cabinets? Seems weird since a big portion on the other side of the room was nothing but kitchen. But then again, these indeed were winged foxes that lived in this room.
About all the room lacked was a fully functional bathroom... but you suppose that they didn't have enough room to do that kind of extensive work.
No doubt there were traps within the room that was active if someone was gone.... so you take this chance to leave peacefully since no one was here. But as you close the door and turn to go, you spot a small pamphlet case that hung just outside the right of the office door. They contained information about the winged fox air pirates. Taking one, you then walk down the hallway, and decide to come back later when someone was occupying the room to get back to what you needed.
