Munster cheese. Though I have more favorites than that. But hands down, Munster above all. It also makes a great grilled cheese.

Anything but parmasian.It doesn't smell to good.But tastes great....odd.

Its an actual cheese. Go to your stores deli and look for it. Its a white cheese with a red stain on the outside ( its natural ). Its very good. Mmmm....I just wish it wasn't so expensive coming from the deli. Its the best way to get it fresh.
