After being a hard core, long time Riku fan (surprise surprise) I noticed that I started to pick up a lot of his mannerisms. Whenever I'm nervous about something, I think of how cool and confident he is and I can shift myself into that mode. I've been almost perfecting myself to him. I carry myself the way he does, I talk the way he does, and I've ever gone as far as keeping my hair the same length of his and attempting to bleach my hair (what a ******** bad idea xD)
Is anybody else this intense with their fan-dom, or am I just making a fool of myself?

I remember in gym, I always hated running so I'd pretend to be racing with Riku and Sora. Riku still won, but it made me run faster.

Not with KH characters, but I find myself often subconsciously quoting Seto Kaiba, or other Yugioh characters, or imitating their habits. Also, I usually just think about how Seto would act when I'm under pressure.
I didn't study for the test? So what? I'm smart, I'll bet I know it all. Everyone is inferior to me.

Torrina Shirogane I sort of picked up the mannerism of putting my hands behind my head when I talk from Sora...I don't do it all that often, but when I do, and I catch myself at it, I'm like, "o_O Did I really just do that? *sweat*" Heh, I find myself doing that too. XD

I've totally developed Sora's mannerisms. Everything I do is virtually a reflection of him. I actually didn't realize this until recently. o.o; The wierd thing is, people even tell me I LOOK like him.
I actually have the nickname Sora among my friends both online and in real life, because I act so much like him. xD;
I've been waiting for a topic like this, because I actually find it quite intersting. xD I really thought I was the only one that did this.

Oh yeah, I do that too... it all depends on what I'm currently obsessed with though. I remember years ago when I was a DBZ fangirl, I would always talk down to myself for being weak. xD
Or in the case of Sailor Moon... I could totally pass for Usagi. I denied her being my favorite senshi for a while (as I really loved Neptune and Pluto), but when my personality started to match hers, I couldn't deny it anymore. xD
But lately... I guess it's been more with J-Rock, especially Mana-sama. I want everything to be pretty and elegant, and I simply adore Gothic Lolita... and I've gone as far as to style my avi after him. ^-^;;

Not so much with Kingdom Hearts characters for me.
But when I'm nervous sometimes I'll scratch my nose with a finger like Rikku from FF-X.
Or sometimes I'll grin like Sora.
I even sound somewhat like Kairi sometimes.

Wow, I'm glad to know I'm not the only one who becomes like my favorite charecter. My mom tells me I dress like anime or manga charecters sometimes. I don't even realize it. XD

Lol, come to think of it, I've done something like that, too. I've read a couple fanfics (why does everything I talk about in this forum have to relate to a fanfic?! sweatdrop rolleyes ) where Riku is a runner, and...I don't know, the idea of him running sometimes makes me feel like getting up off my butt and running myself. Lol, maybe it's because I want to be more like him or something...I don't know...^^;;

Keale, you DO look like Sora! <3 In real life, I mean.
I would say that I'm most like Willy Wonka. From Tim Burton's version of the movie.
I stutter when I try to talk too fast, I have a tendancy to crash into stuff, especially when I'm excited. I have a Wonka-esque haircut, and I'm really shy in real life. Of course, if I know someone really well, you can never get me to shut up.
And I love chocolate. It's my favourite thing ever. Besides Keale, that is. <33333
I note down things about chocolate. And I've tried all sorts of experiments in my kitchen.
