So far I'm waiting for the PSP and PS3 final fantasy games, but lately the FF4 remake as well as Tactics A2 have caught my interest. I used to have a DS but I sold it to get a PSP. Should I get a DS again?

I can't say from experience, since I don't have a DS, but I've been planning to get one for some time too, especially for when 358/2 Days comes out. I don't exactly know where I'll get the money, but I'd definitely get a new one.

Of course, I think you ought to answer this question yourself, though; you should know what you're willing to pay for. I'd say it's worth it, though~.

PS3 is a mistake! Wait until next quarter when they release the new model.
as for a ds versus psp, I'd say ds, mostly because its a Nintendo product and it has all the awesome square enix games on it! with plans for more excellent ones.
However that isn't to say a psp isn't without it's lures. I would recommend a psp if you are more into action and sports based games, though the psp does have some good rpg games released/are set to be released.

so to sum it up, if you can get both.. do it!

I think you should. There are very interesting games on it.

I'd say get the DS. I have a DS and a PSP. As for trying to get all the FF games out there, I have 2 for the PSP, and 3 FF games for the DS.

I'd say only get one if you've got the extra money. If the FF DS games coming out are anything like Revernt Wings, they're not must-haves, and if you only want a DS for a few games, it's a lot of money to spend for a system that doesn't do anything but play games (unlike the PSP, which can play music, movies, go online, store pictures...)

Of course, if you're interested in other DS games, then get one, sure.

If you can afford it I would say yeah get it. I play it more that then PSP. I'm really not that impressed with the PSP. It'll be interesting to see how the FF VII prequel plays on it. I have the FF XII Revenant Wings and I do have fun playing that on the DS They also have a few other FF titles on it I haven't gotten around to playing yet.

Unless you're rich, don't bother buying it for just one game. Actually, even if you were rich buying any console for one game is stupid. luckily the DS does have some pretty decent games.

Well I think that the PSP is alot better when it comes to graphics and sound, DS has alot of games, only get the system and games if your a collector of the series really, I have one.....I should have asked for a PSP
