I had lots of fun. Attended many parties. Avoided emo drama as much as possible. Played lots of NES. Made a few friends. Went swimming in the lakes. Flew kites.
My summer isn't over yet though. >.< I still have one week left. I plan to go to an amusement park and go to a sandy beach. Then my summer will be basically complete.
I feel bad for not having a picnic, feeding duckies, camping, or rolling down Citadel Hill. I still have some time though... I'll see what I can do.

Summer ends today.
School starts tomorrow.
*sobsob*
I'm so scared. First day of college. I don't even know where the ******** my classes are. I even had nightmares about school last night. The teacher gave about 40 vocuabulary words. I hadn't even heard of the words before. I couldn't read them, but I know they were long. It was like, veldsiozibowpo or something. (I think it was phychology or something..) I was trying to keep up by writing them down, but couldn't. gonk
School certainly does suck. I'm really nervous. Relevant discussion or stfu.

Going back in earlier does suck, but coming out earlier rocks.
The traffic/airports aren't so busy when you go to a vacation earlier than all the other schools.
Plus, you get to laugh at people for still being in school. Much like you guys are laughing at me for being IN school already. =p
Plus I'm one of those loner types. Being alone = good.

I don't go on vacations. I can't afford them. So I just try to make the most of my summer as local as possible. I like getting out late June going back in September. I get the best of the summer free.

Summer was fun. Went to Canada for family, Florida, and hung out with friends lots around town and at home...

Summer vacation oh how I miss ye already. I suddeny got the urge to turn this into a poem. Well, I'll save the torture for later. I have been back in school for 1 full week. It isn't so bad i enjoy my classes and all I did this summer was work. Next summer will be the summer of legend! To europe I will go. I just have to get through this school year without killing anyone...

Yeah Summer is over but I'm all graduated so no more highschool for me!!! I'm going to an art school my first year to build up my fashion portfolio (which many of you have helped me fill heart ) but then again I had a blast this Summer, amusement parks, beach time, and most of all.........all the sleep!!

I''m not allowed to post this in my livejournal as this trip must be kept a secret from a certain person, but I would really like to talk about today. This thread seems fitting.
I finally went to Upper Clements Park. It''s an amusement park I''ve been trying to go to all summer. I was orginally supposed to go with Will and his lil brother Emmett who used to be my best friend, but to say the least, I no longer consider him a friend due to reasons I don''t feel like discussing.
That plan fell through when Emmett found out he was working the day we had planned to go. He rescheduled the trip without discussing it with me. I happened to be working on the new day he scheduled. Instead of finding a day that we could both go he decided to invite his friend Scotty instead. [Scotty is in the same situation as me. We both do not like Emmett but Emmett likes us]
Scotty found this to be an unfair thing of Emmett to do to me, so he declined Emmett''s offer. Since then Scotty and I planned our own trip to the park without Emmett. Today was the day at last.
Will, Scotty, and our friend Andrew drove for two hours in a cramped car. I being the smallest, was stuck in the middle. I slept most of the trip, falling onto either Will''s shoulder or Andrew''s shoulder accidently. It was a pretty drive. Fields and cattle. I love the countryside.
We went on the bumper boats. We ignored everyone else and just rammed into each other, trying to soak ourselves as much as possible. Next Andrew and I went on the carousel. We were disappointed that there was no music or flashing lights to accompany us on the carousel but it was still fun and we took pictures.
Next we went on the cage ride. I''m not sure if that is what it''s called. It''s a ferris wheel where you sit in caged compartments. I went on it with Andrew and we flipped it so many times. I''m normally terrified of such rides but today I just wanted to have fun.
The log flume ride was next. I had a tramatizing experience on that ride when I was really young but I didn''t let that bother me. I sat at the back the first time and hid behind Scotty when we came down the hill and splashed into the water. The second time I sat in the third seat. I got more soaked that time. On the third go I was finally brave enough to take the front seat. I had never done that before on any ride like that. I''m actually afraid of falling. I was drenched when we left the ride.
We went on a few silly rides and then went to the Go-Karts. To our disappointment, they were "pedal go-karts." Quite a shame. We went on them anyways. Will and Andrew shared a large one. Scotty and I took two individual ones. The seat wasn''t far back enough on mine so I couldn''t pedal very well. The steering wheel barely worked. Scotty was speeding around the track crashing into Will & Andrew, and doing laps around me. We terrorized the park for awhile, went on a few more rides. Scotty and Andrew went on the roller coaster while I took pictures of them coming down the last hill.
Fun day was had. I will most likely be hurting for the next few days due to my neck injury but I''ll live like I always do. Thank you for letting me ramble.

I hope your neck gets better. Why didn't you tell me on AIM?
I stayed within the province. The farthest I went was Banff, and did more hiking than I have for years. Ran about in torrential downpour after downpour. Drank and partied more than any summer yet. Saw people I haven't seen since graduation. Saw people I haven't seen since graduation get flogged. Saw people I never want to see again. Danced to more amazingly cheesy music than ever imaginable. Went to a the local Folk Music Festival. Said goodbye to one of my oldest friends, since she had to move to Toronto for college.
Now I have plans for the coming year, and I'll be damned if I'm not going to try to make it the best year yet.
Congrats to all the people going on to post secondary. Welcome to your worst nightmares and your dreams fulfilled wrapped in one.
