I obsessed over this one because I was having far too much fun with the background. It ended up turning out better than I expected it to be.
This particular picture was for Ladyumbra who commissioned me to draw it. It's one of her original characters.
As for the wisps. She told me not to do just standard circles so I made it sort of a dragonfly-fish hybrid. I think it works well for the swamp environment.
