 The light beyond steel bars.In the hight of tokyo there has been a newly formed prison underground for people found to have a diffrent blood type, whom they call demon and others who are straight out bad, so they can seperate them from the world and keep them from mixing. The manholes in the streets, no that isent the sewige. thoes are mearly air holes so that the prison dosent colapse from pressure steel bars keep people from entering and leaving.
that is also the only daylight that shines through, you get used to the darkness, you will find out which areas of the prison are more dangerus then others.
Occashoinaly humans who have commited a crime or just seem suspishouse will be locked up. this is why they have constint tests on all prisoners to learn more about them and ween out the humans.+guid lines+-Two or three lines unless writers block hits.
- Ill be playing most of the guards but anyone is able to play guards and other temps as well.
- you can start inside or outside of the prison.
-prisoners arents actualy locked in there cell unless its bed time.

Appearence- (picture or text, atleast one is needed )+Layout+Ground is dirt except in the mess hall were you eat. walls are made of thick steel. the main section of the prison is were people normaly hang out seats work out equipment crappy tv, the walls are lined with prison cells. other hall ways lead to. the lab, library, mess hall, offaces for guards and the prison master ( noone has seen his face O.o ) and. . other rooms you can make up.

Jai lived by himself in the bell tower of a church, always looking down at the people thought the dusty glass a perky smile to his lips he loved it there. he walked over to the small fridge that he had but there was only spider webs and a small contaner of bad milk, the boy did a little work for some pocket change so he made his way down to the heart of the city to buy himself some food always wearing a hood to covor his eyes.
None of the other boys his age would be his friend becouse of his red eyes and having no parents all together creaped them out. though older people understood the boy was good and didnt mean harm so they pretended not to notice. Jaigon was making his way near a stand were fruit was sold reaching up to pay the man for a small bag of apples, he could feel a pare of eyes burning through him and dicided to look over seeing a strange type of guard in all black staring him down. not liking the feeling jai took his apples and backed up in to the thickness of the crowd. easily moving through them and down an allie way but he could feel the mans presents closing in.

Panic wasn't far away from Jaigon.He enjoyed tormenting the guards, and found this as a optune time to do just that.However, as he was closing in on the guards, he found that they were closing in on a boy.The boy was younger than himself, and he felt that he had to do something.Panic was given himself that name, after his 17th birthday, when he killed his parents after the years of anger they caused him.He then went into a killing spree causing massive city wide panic.When he was in court he pleaded insane, and spent a few years there.
'Bastards...'
He thought, as he came feet from them.
"Excuse me, but do you mind not having your flesh-"
He then thrusted his claw-glove into the man's arm.
"-on my claw."
((I'm going to add Phobia's intro when it get's dark out in teh Rp))

Jai looked looked at the figure comming up behind the guards that were comming after him. with a raspy breath he backed up agenst the wall suddenly seeing blades come out of the mans chest. the boy paniced and fell to a knelt position getting his hoodie to fall off. he finaly looking up to see the guards on the floor staring up at the man. ." . . thank you.. " he said softly, slowly getting up watching the man with a pare of red eyes.
( sorry if some of it dosent make sence i have a 5 yr old messing with me head with non stop words xP )

Panic pulled his claw out of the guard, and looked at the boy.
"Your welcome."
He then held out the hand that wasn't covered in blood.
"People around here call me 'Panic.'"
Panic then said helping the boy up.

"Panic. " jai repeated with a small nod reaching up to take his hand, getting help up he perked a bright smile. " my names Jaigon.. thoes guys always follow me... but that was a close one. " he looked in his bag grabbed one of his apples, sliding it in to panic's hand. " here, you know I havent seen you around.. I live in the clock tower at the center of town."

Panic bit into the apple ignoring the storeworkers demand for money for it.
"You know I know someone who lives near there, however he rarely comes out.He hates other people ,and he dosen't want to get caught by the guards."
He stated.Panic then took another large bite out of the piece of friut.
"These are good."
He said happliy,he then took another one and placed it in his pants.
"I'll give this to him later."
Panic mumbled to himself.

"Yes there the best." he said with a smile tilted his lightly reaching out to touch to panics blade turning it for a better look. " Why dosent your friend like people. " the young boy asked couriously. pulling his hand away jaigon noticed a little blood on his finger when he looked down, innocently touching his finger inbetween his lips before lifting his eyes back up to panic

Panic bent down, and whispered into the boy's ear.
'Because he isn't human.He dosen't wanna get caught by the you know.'
He then twitches his head towards the guards.
'And I don't wanna get caught either.I already got out of the crazy house about a few months ago.'
He continued.

Jaigon blushed a little as the man leaned closer to softly whisper in to his ear, though quickly turned his head to panic with his eyes open more. " Take me to meet him, please ? " he asked with a hint of couriousness in his eyes, maybe hes like me.. jai then smiled to panics sencond statment, it didnt seem to bother the boy that he came from a crazy house. " I dont think they can ever catch you. your real good at getting rid of them."

Jai gave a nod, careful of panics claws he took his hand pulling him along as he ran in to the store. keeping thoes red eyes sharp for any solders, and holding on to his bag full of apples. " we should hurry, he might be sleeping when the sun goes down.

Panic let out a chuckle as they exited the store.
"He's just waking up!"
He said,before running down into the ally.
Meanwhile....
Phobia was still resting in an old house.He spent most of his time there.He had no choice, plus be didn't like human interaction-with the exception of Panic-The moon light shown through the window, and touched Phobia on the face.He groaned and opened his eyes.
"I wonder if Panic is here yet?"
He asked himself.
