Note: Standard Moon basically means that there are no transformations specifically asscociated with that lunar phase.
Dates are real-time dates and are meant to help the roleplay flow better (thus I give 4 days for those days which normally only have 1 in order to facilitate roleplay)

5-8: Standard Moon
9-12: Crescent Moon
13-16: New Moon
17-20: Standard Moon
